Jan Pliszka was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-2. The supporters of Stjärtpillarnas IK booed when Seed was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 12 match minutes in a wonderful position. Roland Wester didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 15th minute Ingmar Vallander shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Jan Pliszka saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Jan Pliszka came out of the goal in the 18th minute to try and stop a shot by Seed's Egon Alegren. But to his dismay, Egon Alegren quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-3. Timmy Höijer hit a great freekick 21 minutes into the match. 22 minutes into the match, Seed's goalkeeper Sven-Erik Käller had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Robert Nyberg. With a little luck, Seed's Sven-Erik Käller got control of the ball when Leif Abrahamsson tried to sneak it across the goal line. After 25 played minutes Stjärtpillarnas IK got a freekick which was hit by Leif Abrahamsson. Stjärtpillarnas IK's Jan Pliszka played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Evert Odin in the 26th minute of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Roland Wester in the 27th minute of play forced Stjärtpillarnas IK's goalkeeper Jan Pliszka to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. The referee felt a red card was in order, 28 minutes into the game, when Reşat Keyfer put in a rough tackle. The referee blew the whistle for a penalty in the 28th minute of the game. One of Stjärtpillarnas IK:s players had nearly got his shirt torn off by an opponent while getting free in front of Seed:s goal. 33 minutes into the game, Seed's Evert Odin nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Jan Pliszka made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 0-5. An unexpectedly hard shot by Timmy Höijer in the 38th minute of play forced Stjärtpillarnas IK's goalkeeper Jan Pliszka to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 44 minutes into the match, Stjärtpillarnas IK's goal looked a bit too open when Roland Wester came free, but Jan Pliszka reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Leif Abrahamsson struck a weak shot in the 47th minute. Sven-Erik Käller didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Stjärtpillarnas IK. Disappointed in the 0-5 score, the home team went to the dressing room to adjust tactics for the second half.

Seed's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Leif Abrahamsson was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 1-6. In the 89th minute of the match, Ingmar Vallander tried to roll the ball into the goal by the right post, but Jan Pliszka saw his intentions and got control of the ball before it passed the line. In the 94th minute, Ingmar Vallander reached a very good position and smashed the ball with a huge effort into the net, just to the left of Jan Pliszka. The goal made the score 1-7.
