Spectators: 7507 (Terracing: 5631, Seating: 1726, VIP seats: 150) Ove Bergman made the kick off and thus started the match. Christer Caspersson made an important save on a dangerous shot by Niklas Gallin in the 3rd minute. After a defensive mix-up in Klagstorp's zone, Niklas Gallin stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Christer Caspersson came out of the goal and Niklas Gallin tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Gilbert Forsman took the ball and in the 11 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Gösta Frykberg. Gösta Frykberg dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-1. After a defensive mix-up in Stern Football Factory's zone, Ove Bergman stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Gösta Frykberg came out of the goal and Ove Bergman tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. In the 15th minute, Ove Bergman ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Gösta Frykberg was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-2. When Ove Bergman came up free with the goalie in the 20th minute, the Klagstorp fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Ove Bergman couldn't finish the play. 21 minutes into the game, Klagstorp's Ove Bergman nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Gösta Frykberg made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 0-3. Per-Olof Tunström recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 24th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Gösta Frykberg didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Pontus Christoffersson went, in the 31st minute, to the upper right corner, 0-5 was the resulting score. Gösta Frykberg made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Ove Bergman in the 36th minute of play. In the 37th minute, Gilbert Forsman ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Gösta Frykberg was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-6. Gösta Frykberg showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Josef Vennerlund, who was totally free with the ball in the 41st minute. Gösta Frykberg showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Ove Bergman in the 43rd minute of the match. After the first half Klagstorp were leading 0-6. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Niklas Gallin was the one to do the kick off. When the match had gone on for 52 minutes, Ove Bergman put it in 0-7 from a short distance just to the right of Gösta Frykberg. Gösta Frykberg showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Ove Bergman in the 55th minute of the match. An unexpectedly hard shot by Ove Bergman in the 57th minute of play forced Stern Football Factory's goalkeeper Gösta Frykberg to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. If Gilbert Forsman had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 58th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Gilbert Forsman could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 60th minute of the match, but Gösta Frykberg made a huge save. Gösta Frykberg took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Josef Vennerlund, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Stern Football Factory's Gösta Frykberg played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Gilbert Forsman in the 64th minute of play. Ove Bergman charged in rather forcefully in the 72nd minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Ove Bergman the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. In the 75th minute the ball was on its way in behind Klagstorp's goalkeeper Christer Caspersson, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. The audience thought a goal was coming when Gilbert Forsman got free with Gösta Frykberg in the 77th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. The crowd rose to their feet as Klagstorp's Josef Vennerlund slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Gösta Frykberg. That made the score 0-8 after 79 minutes of play. Gösta Frykberg made an important save on a dangerous shot by Josef Vennerlund in the 82nd minute. The audience thought a goal was coming when Josef Vennerlund got free with Gösta Frykberg in the 84th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. 86 minutes into the match, Stern Football Factory's goal looked a bit too open when Josef Vennerlund came free, but Gösta Frykberg reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. 95 minutes into the match, Klagstorp's Per-Olof Tunström sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Gösta Frykberg narrowly saved just below the crossbar. When the match was over Klagstorp could go home with a victory in their luggage, having controlled the game far better than Stern Football Factory throughout the match.
