Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. In the 16th minute, Ove Bergman reached a very good position and smashed the ball with a huge effort into the net, just to the left of Sten Bolin. The goal made the score 2-0. 21 minutes into the game, Gustaf Hasselqvist was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Klagstorp's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave The Moon-Atomic the free kick. Gustaf Hasselqvist kicked well hit freekick during the 21st minute of the match. When Michael Löv came up free with the goalie in the 22nd minute, the The Moon-Atomic fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Michael Löv couldn't finish the play. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Kalle Giöck during the 26th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. 31 minutes into the game, Per-Olof Tunström recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Sten Bolin. Per-Olof Tunström showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 4-0. Christer Caspersson made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Valentin Grep in the 34th minute of play. When the match had gone on for 38 minutes, Ove Bergman took a quick shot and it went in 5-0 without a chance for Sten Bolin to make any attempt to save it. Sten Bolin made a fantastic save in the 41st minute, when Gilbert Forsman sent off a good shot on target. Per-Olof Tunström's late challenge caught a The Moon-Atomic's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Per-Olof Tunström helped the player get up and apologised. Sten Bolin came out of the goal in the 46th minute to try and stop a shot by Klagstorp's Josef Vennerlund. But to his dismay, Josef Vennerlund quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 6-0. The away team players looked dejected as the walked off the pitch at half time. They had fought hard, but were still losing 6-0.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Ove Bergman was the one to do the kick off. In the 52nd match minute, The Moon-Atomic was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Valentin Grep to maneuver through the defense. In the 56th minute, Gustaf Hasselqvist hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Per-Olof Kråk recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 57th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Per-Olof Tunström might have been able to make a better finish in the 63rd minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Sten Bolin. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Per-Olof Tunström ran back to his position shaking his head. Sten Bolin didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Ove Bergman went, in the 65th minute, to the upper right corner, 7-0 was the resulting score. If Ove Bergman had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 68th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. After some careless play in the The Moon-Atomic defense, Josef Vennerlund kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Sten Bolin. The The Moon-Atomic fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Sten Bolin should have stopped the shot. When Klagstorp's Per-Olof Tunström in the 74th minute got a chance for a shot 74th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. The The Moon-Atomic fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 8-1. 85 minutes into the game, Josef Vennerlund cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 10-1. Sten Bolin was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Sten Bolin didn't succeed to prevent the ball from going into goal when Klagstorp's Per-Olof Tunström shot an unexpected shot in the crossbar's under edge and made 11-1 in the ordered_time% minute. In the 96th minute the ball was on its way in behind Klagstorp's goalkeeper Christer Caspersson, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. There was no doubt that Klagstorp were the better team. Klagstorp's players enjoyed the ovations of the crowd after the victory.
