Viggo Ahlberg showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Davide Di Tommaso in the 19th minute of the match. Sören Dalberg hit a great freekick 20 minutes into the match. After a defensive mix-up in Arméns FK's zone, Gaffar Nabi stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Viggo Ahlberg came out of the goal and Gaffar Nabi tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Peder Alströmmer hit a great freekick 24 minutes into the match. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Davide Di Tommaso in the 25th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Viggo Ahlberg saved Arméns FK from getting behind. 26 minutes into the match, Rahman Timurtas dribbled the ball past the defender and swiftly kicked the ball to the left of Viggo Ahlberg, 1-0. Davide Di Tommaso sent away a hard shot on goal in the 30th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Arméns FK's defense didn't have a chance, in the 32nd minute, when Rahman Timurtas scored to the left of an out of position Viggo Ahlberg, making the score, 2-0. Davide Di Tommaso fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 36th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Viggo Ahlberg having to interfere. Fredrik Stephansson charged in rather forcefully in the 37th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Fredrik Stephansson the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. In the 37th minute, Fredrik Stephansson hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Viggo Ahlberg stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Davide Di Tommaso's shot from short distance in the 40th minute. The corner led Sjötorp IFK's Gaffar Nabi to fire away a dangerous shot which Viggo Ahlberg despite some difficulties managed to get hold on the ball. Af the end of the first half the score was 3-0. The first half had gone as expected for the home team.

In the 52nd minute the ball was on its way in behind Arméns FK's goalkeeper Viggo Ahlberg, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. The Sjötorp IFK fans' excitement grew in the 55th match minute when Sjötorp IFK's Mikael Bergfeldt looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 4-0 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. 58 minutes into the game, Sjötorp IFK's Davide Di Tommaso nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Viggo Ahlberg made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 5-0. Arméns FK's Viggo Ahlberg played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Rahman Timurtas in the 68th minute of play. 69 minutes into the match, Czeslaw Osielski had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Viggo Ahlberg. Arméns FK's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Czeslaw Osielski was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 7-0. An unexpectedly hard shot by Sören Dalberg in the 73rd minute of play forced Sjötorp IFK's goalkeeper Alvar Thorsberg to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Mikael Bergfeldt's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Viggo Ahlberg read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 76th minute of play. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Sören Dalberg during the 79th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. After 80 played minutes Arméns FK got a freekick which was hit by Sören Dalberg. In the 82nd match minute, Arméns FK was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Peder Alströmmer to maneuver through the defense. When the match clock showed 85 minutes, the score became 9-0 when Davide Di Tommaso sped through Arméns FK's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Viggo Ahlberg. After a defensive mix-up in Arméns FK's zone, Davide Di Tommaso stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. There was no doubt that Sjötorp IFK were the better team. Sjötorp IFK's players enjoyed the ovations of the crowd after the victory.
