After 2 minutes, Karl-Michael Rolfsson mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the BK Skoj and the Sveg IFK players grew even worse after the yellow card. In the 2nd minute, Karl-Michael Rolfsson hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. An unexpectedly hard shot by Emil Sefastsson in the 13th minute of play forced BK Skoj's goalkeeper Olov Vennerberg to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Albin Sandwall might have been able to make a better finish in the 15th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Olov Vennerberg. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Albin Sandwall ran back to his position shaking his head. 19 minutes into the game, BK Skoj's Johannes Eliasson nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Kjell Hjeltman made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 0-1. Bo Lindgren recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 23rd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. After 26 minutes of play BK Skoj's Karl-Michael Rolfsson was too eager in his attempt to stop his opponent and brought him down. With that he got his second yellow card and was ordered off the ground. Karl-Michael Rolfsson kicked well hit freekick during the 26th minute of the match. Albin Sandwall fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 32nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Olov Vennerberg having to interfere. When Albin Sandwall came up free with the goalie in the 35th minute, the Sveg IFK fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Albin Sandwall couldn't finish the play. Albin Sandwall received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 36th minute. Olov Vennerberg tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. An unexpectedly hard shot by Kasper Jonasson in the 42nd minute of play forced Sveg IFK's goalkeeper Kjell Hjeltman to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Sören Malmström during the 43rd minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. After 43 played minutes Sveg IFK got a freekick which was hit by Sören Malmström. 44 minutes into the game, BK Skoj's Johannes Eliasson nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Kjell Hjeltman made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 0-2. Olov Vennerberg made a fantastic save in the 48th minute, when Bo Lindgren sent off a good shot on target. Luck had favoured the away team in the first, and they walked off with a 0-2 lead.

After some fancy dribbling in the 51st minute, Casper Abrahamsson managed to get in a good position for a shot. BK Skoj's supporters rose to their feet, but Casper Abrahamsson was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Kjell Hjeltman breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Johannes Eliasson received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 57th minute. Kjell Hjeltman tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. A collision led to BK Skoj getting a freekick after 60 minutes play. Casper Abrahamsson hit a great ball. Olov Vennerberg stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Emil Sefastsson's shot from short distance in the 69th minute. The supporters of BK Skoj booed when Sveg IFK was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 77 match minutes in a wonderful position. Albin Sandwall didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 80th minute, Per-Åke Gustafsson ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Olov Vennerberg was frozen by the shot and now it was 1-3. When Albin Sandwall came up free with the goalie in the 83rd minute, the Sveg IFK fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Albin Sandwall couldn't finish the play. In the 85th minute, Emil Sefastsson hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Kennet Abrahamsson hit a great freekick 90 minutes into the match. In the 97thth minute of the game Emil Sefastsson who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but BK Skoj's Olov Vennerberg was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball.
