The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Tommy Hellström stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Olle Johansson during the 56th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Pontus Hägglund couldn't finish the play. After a rather tough play, Hörnefors IF's Evert Lundkvist got a free kick in the 86th minute. Olle Johansson was shown his second yellow card after 89 minutes, following a rather ugly tackle on opponent. That was the end of his participation in the match. A hard shot by Mattias Hydén from long distance, 91 minutes into the match, got Lars-Erik Kjellberg's attention. Through a fast twist with his body, he could stop the ball from going in on his right side. Lars-Erik Kjellberg showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Tommy Hellström in the 96th minute of the match. When the referee ended the match the Södertälje players were able to celebrate. They had won a fair victory and recieved the ovations of their fans.
