The audience thought a goal was coming when Anton Jansson got free with Sven-Erik Björk in the 3rd minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. In the 7th match minute, Svaneholm was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Kurt Mattsson to maneuver through the defense. 8 minutes into the game, Kent Groth was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Stockholm BK's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Svaneholm the free kick. After a rather tough play, Stockholm BK's Kent Groth got a free kick in the 9th minute. Svaneholm's Sven-Erik Björk played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Casper Sikström in the 14th minute of play. Sven-Erik Björk was a little too slow when Sven-Oskar Gunnarsson got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 17th minute. The score was now 1-0. Svaneholm's Sven-Erik Björk played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Casper Sikström in the 20th minute of play. Agne Berg sent away a hard shot on goal in the 27th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After a rather tough play, Svaneholm's Carl Hylander got a free kick in the 28th minute. Sven-Erik Björk was in the perfect position, and the defense had done a good job marking him, but Alexander Vesterberg showcased his skills and made a perfect shot to score 2-0 in the 32 minute of play. In the 36th minute, Roy Askstedt hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Svaneholm's Sven-Åke Anundsson got a good chance for a goal in the 40th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. The throw-in from Frans Levander in the 44th minute of the game was unfortunally taken care of by Stockholm BK's Alexander Vesterberg. After having played for 45 minutes, Alexander Vesterberg managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Stockholm BK's supporters crossed their fingers, but Alexander Vesterberg was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. An unexpected shot in the 46th minute by Sven-Oskar Gunnarsson got the crowd on their feet, but to their dismay it went out on the left side. All the noise was coming from the home fans when the whistle went for half-time. The home team had fought hardest to put themselves in a deserved lead.

The wind increased when Anton Jansson made the kick off in the second half. 58 minutes into the match, Stockholm BK's goalkeeper Malcolm Rudkvist had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Agne Berg. A collision led to Stockholm BK getting a freekick after 58 minutes play. Alexander Vesterberg hit a great ball. With a little luck, Stockholm BK's Malcolm Rudkvist got control of the ball when Agne Berg tried to sneak it across the goal line. Anton Jansson sent away a hard shot on goal in the 62nd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Alexander Vesterberg hit a great freekick 66 minutes into the match. Anton Jansson scored 4-0 in the 69th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Sven-Erik Björk, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. In the 80th minute the ball was on its way in behind Svaneholm's goalkeeper Sven-Erik Björk, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Svaneholm's Carl Hylander got a good chance for a goal in the 81st minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Malcolm Rudkvist showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Sven-Åke Anundsson, who was totally free with the ball in the 83rd minute. During the 83rd minute of the match Kent Groth completely mistimed his tackle and brought down his opponent. The referee gave Kent Groth a yellow card, his second in the match, which meant he could no longer take part in the game. In the 84th minute, Kent Groth hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Sebastian Nyman sent away a hard shot on goal in the 87th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 89th minute of the game Kaj Mattsson made a throw-in which Sven-Oskar Gunnarsson played forward. Sven-Erik Björk took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Sven-Oskar Gunnarsson, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After a defensive mix-up in Svaneholm's zone, Bengt-Arne Gabrielsson stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Sven-Erik Björk came out of the goal and Bengt-Arne Gabrielsson tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Kaj Mattsson made in the 95th minute of the game a quick throw-in and Alexander Vesterberg immediately put the ball in play. Alexander Vesterberg received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 96th minute. Sven-Erik Björk tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere.
