Spectators: 7537 (Terracing: 5654, Seating: 1733, VIP seats: 150) Gert Bergqvist showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Jan-Olof Bergendahl in the 3rd minute of the match. Mikael Söderlund kicked well hit freekick during the 4th minute of the match. Gert Bergqvist took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Patrik Vestberg, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 6 minutes into the game, Östavall's Folke Hökqvist nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Gert Bergqvist made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 0-1. Gert Bergqvist made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Folke Hökqvist in the 12th minute of play. Casper Törnqvist kicked well hit freekick during the 14th minute of the match. 16 minutes into the match, Jan-Olof Bergendahl had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Gert Bergqvist. Ekebäck BK's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Jan-Olof Bergendahl was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-2. Östavall's Göran Nordlander got a good chance for a goal in the 19th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. 23 minutes into the match, Ekebäck BK's goal looked a bit too open when Folke Hökqvist came free, but Gert Bergqvist reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. When Jan-Olof Bergendahl came up free with the goalie in the 29th minute, the Östavall fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Jan-Olof Bergendahl couldn't finish the play. In the 33rd minute, Mikael Söderlund hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Jan-Olof Bergendahl recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 36th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. When Östavall's Folke Hökqvist in the 38th minute got a chance for a shot 38th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Ekebäck BK's goalie prevented a goal. 43 minutes into the game, Östavall's Folke Hökqvist nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Gert Bergqvist made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 0-4. Gert Bergqvist came out of the goal in the 47th minute to try and stop a shot by Östavall's Folke Hökqvist. But to his dismay, Folke Hökqvist quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-5.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Jan-Olof Bergendahl made a kick off. In the 52nd minute, Ulf Hult hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Folke Hökqvist fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 57th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Gert Bergqvist having to interfere. Ekebäck BK's Gert Bergqvist played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Jan-Olof Bergendahl in the 60th minute of play. Jan-Olof Bergendahl received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 63rd minute. Gert Bergqvist tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Gert Bergqvist made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Folke Hökqvist in the 65th minute of play. When Jan-Olof Bergendahl came up free with the goalie in the 72nd minute, the Östavall fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Jan-Olof Bergendahl couldn't finish the play. Jan-Olof Bergendahl struck a weak shot in the 74th minute. Gert Bergqvist didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Östavall. A throw-in in the 77th minute of the game was made by Claes Engman with Hugo Bremming as target, who quickly passed the ball forward. Gert Bergqvist showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Jan-Olof Bergendahl, who was totally free with the ball in the 79th minute. After 80 minutes of play, Östavall's Folke Hökqvist made it 0-7 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Gert Bergqvist was left in no man's land by his defense there! Folke Hökqvist received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 84th minute. Gert Bergqvist tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After 89 minutes, Ingvar Bredberg mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Östavall and the Ekebäck BK players grew even worse after the yellow card. In the 88th minute, one of Östavall:s players had the ball in front of the goal but got pushed and fell. The referee felt it was an obvious case and blew a penalty for Östavall. The supporters of Ekebäck BK booed when Östavall was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 91 match minutes in a wonderful position. Oliver Olsson didn't get a good kick on the ball. 93 minutes into the match, Ekebäck BK's goal looked a bit too open when Folke Hökqvist came free, but Gert Bergqvist reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Folke Hökqvist hit a great freekick 97 minutes into the match. After 99 played minutes Ekebäck BK got a freekick which was hit by Nils Larsfält. After having played for 100 minutes, Arvin Gerdberg managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Östavall's supporters crossed their fingers, but Arvin Gerdberg was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Östavall played a much better game than Ekebäck BK and deserved their victory. The Ekebäck BK players were clearly disappointed as they left the ground.
