Spectators: 7366 (Terracing: 5666, Seating: 1650, VIP seats: 50) The field was rather wet after several days of rain when Björn Gernberg took the kick off in the first half of the match. Sven Ahlström took the ball and in the 6 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Ola Alin. Ola Alin dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-1. 9 minutes into the game, Billy Arenberg cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 0-2. Ola Alin was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Ascencio Cueli took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Elias Hallgren, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After 14 played minutes, Torekov Ik's Alexander Trulsson shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Ascencio Cueli came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in Torekov Ik reached it. In the 15th minute Billy Arenberg shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Ola Alin saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 18 minutes into the match, Sven Ahlström notched a goal, 0-3, to the right of Torekov Ik's Ola Alin. Ola Alin was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. In the 22nd minute, Billy Arenberg left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The IFK Trelleborg fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 0-4. In the 25thth minute of the game Sven Ahlström who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Torekov Ik's Ola Alin was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. After a rather tough play, Torekov Ik's Jerry Billvall got a free kick in the 26th minute. A collision led to IFK Trelleborg getting a freekick after 27 minutes play. Sven Örnberg hit a great ball. In the 36th minute of the match Fredric Pålsson sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Ola Alin skillfully saved the ball. In the 44th minute Sven Ahlström shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Ola Alin saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. An unexpectedly hard shot by Isac Bure in the 47th minute of play forced Torekov Ik's goalkeeper Ola Alin to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 0-4 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.

Ola Alin showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Sven Ahlström, who was totally free with the ball in the 54th minute. In the 65th minute, IFK Trelleborg's Sven Ahlström dribbled the ball into the box and hit a shot with the outside of his foot, sending the keeper the wrong way. 0-6. When the match clock showed 69 minutes, the score became 0-7 when Billy Arenberg sped through Torekov Ik's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Ola Alin. If Billy Arenberg had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 77th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Sven Ahlström in the 78th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Ola Alin prevented the ball from getting in the gole. In the 82ndth minute of the game Sven Ahlström who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Torekov Ik's Ola Alin was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Ragnar Sävström received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 86th minute. Ola Alin tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. When the final whistle sounded IFK Trelleborg left the ground with the victory after a much better performance than Torekov Ik.
