When Tobias Lööf came up free with the goalie in the 32nd minute, the Revirvägen FC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Tobias Lööf couldn't finish the play. IFK NORRKÖPING's Dan Skoog played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Dennis Kjellbom in the 35th minute of play. 38 minutes into the match, Stig Qvarnström dribbled the ball past the defender and swiftly kicked the ball to the left of Björn Bergfeldt, 3-1. Björn Bergfeldt showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Stig Qvarnström, who was totally free with the ball in the 52nd minute. A collision led to IFK NORRKÖPING getting a freekick after 87 minutes play. Tom Apelkvist hit a great ball. The referee blew his whistle, and the match came to a close. The players exchanged shirts and headed down the tunnel. The IFK NORRKÖPING fans cheered their team off the field, for while Revirvägen FC had put up a good fight, they were unable to come out of the game with any points to show for their effort.
