Tumba Tigers FC's supporters rose to their feet, but Herbert Stabbe was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Folke Rudberg breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. 44 minutes into the match, Vattentornet IF's goalkeeper Folke Rudberg had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Per-Erik Petersson. If Herbert Stabbe had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 46th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Herbert Stabbe to strike the kick off in the second half. 53 minutes into the match, Patric Enegren notched a goal, 2-0, to the right of Vattentornet IF's Folke Rudberg. Folke Rudberg was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Joseph Vallander took a chance and fired a shot far from the goal in the 83rd minute, but it turned out to be a dangerous situation for Sidney Nguyen. Tumba Tigers FC's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line.
