Spectators: 7234 (Terracing: 5734, Seating: 1500, VIP seats: 0) Christoffer Persson came out of the goal in the 4th minute to try and stop a shot by Eslöv BK's Tomas Tomasson. But to his dismay, Tomas Tomasson quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-0. Christoffer Persson showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Gustaf Hedlund, who was totally free with the ball in the 10th minute. Gustaf Hedlund sent away a hard shot on goal in the 12th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Christoffer Persson was a little too slow when Tomas Tomasson got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 13th minute. The score was now 2-0. Busby Babes's Christoffer Persson proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 17th minute of the match, managed to save Busby Babes from getting a goal against them. Felix Kristiansson showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Joar Lindholm, who was totally free with the ball in the 21st minute. After 27 played minutes Busby Babes got a freekick which was hit by Knut Wik. The audience thought a goal was coming when Tomas Tomasson got free with Christoffer Persson in the 29th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. After 29 played minutes Busby Babes got a freekick which was hit by Douglas Emander. If Gustaf Hedlund had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 33rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 36th minute Gustaf Hedlund shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Christoffer Persson saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 3-0 became the score in the 38th minute when Gustaf Hedlund elegantly shot the ball into goal just under the crossbar.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Gustaf Hedlund made a kick off. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Gustaf Hedlund in the 54th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Christoffer Persson prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Christoffer Persson made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Gustaf Hedlund in the 56th minute of play. Douglas Emander hit a great freekick 57 minutes into the match. 59 minutes into the match, Gustaf Hedlund had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Christoffer Persson. Busby Babes's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Gustaf Hedlund was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 4-0. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Tomas Tomasson in the 62nd managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Christoffer Persson saved Busby Babes from getting behind. Christoffer Persson stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Gustaf Hedlund's shot from short distance in the 63rd minute. In a very dangerous position, a player in Eslöv BK fell when an opponent tried to get the ball from him in the 66th minute. Penalty! Eslöv BK:s Felix Kristiansson showed great skill when he stopped Sven-Ove Olsson:s penalty. If Eric Brolin had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 72nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After 78 minutes of play, Eslöv BK's Gustaf Hedlund made it 6-0 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Christoffer Persson was left in no man's land by his defense there! Christoffer Persson made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Gustaf Hedlund in the 82nd minute of play. After a rather tough play, Busby Babes's Douglas Emander got a free kick in the 82nd minute. When Eslöv BK's Gustaf Hedlund in the 83rd minute got a chance for a shot 83rd didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Busby Babes's goalie prevented a goal. In the 84th minute, one of Busby Babes:s players had the ball in front of the goal but got pushed and fell. The referee felt it was an obvious case and blew a penalty for Busby Babes. The supporters of Eslöv BK booed when Busby Babes was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 90 match minutes in a wonderful position. Douglas Emander didn't get a good kick on the ball. Gustaf Hedlund received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 91st minute. Christoffer Persson tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Felix Kristiansson took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Knut Wik, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Olle Asplund sent away a hard shot on goal in the 96th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 98th minute Gustaf Hedlund shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Christoffer Persson saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 99 minutes into the game, Eslöv BK's Olle Asplund nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Christoffer Persson made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 8-0.
