Spectators: 6729 (Terracing: 5000, Seating: 1729, VIP seats: 0) The field was rather wet after several days of rain when Sören Beckström took the kick off in the first half of the match. The supporters of Vargön booed when Moskosel was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 8 match minutes in a wonderful position. Angelo Zollino didn't get a good kick on the ball. 9 minutes into the match, Moskosel's goal looked a bit too open when Sören Beckström came free, but Ove Åkerman reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Ove Åkerman took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Sören Beckström, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Angelo Zollino hit a great freekick 12 minutes into the match. 13 minutes into the match, Vargön's Robert Helström broke free and took a long shot that unfortunately flew wide. A fine initiative that could have resulted in a goal. 14 minutes into the game, Angelo Zollino was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Moskosel's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Vargön the free kick. After a rather tough play, Moskosel's Daniele Giordano got a free kick in the 18th minute. Ove Åkerman showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Sören Beckström in the 19th minute of the match. Sören Beckström recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 21st minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. An unexpectedly hard shot by Jens-Erik Gullesson in the 23rd minute of play forced Moskosel's goalkeeper Ove Åkerman to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Ove Åkerman showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Sören Beckström in the 25th minute of the match. In the 26th minute, Angelo Zollino ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Joakim Stenkvist was frozen by the shot and now it was 1-0. After 39 played minutes Moskosel got a freekick which was hit by Angelo Zollino. In the 48th minute of the match, Angelo Zollino got a very nice opportunity to score, but Joakim Stenkvist was well-placed and pushed the ball away from the goal at the left post. After fighting hard for a draw in the first half, the players were able to take a much needed rest.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Simon Kolberg was the one to do the kick off. With a little luck, Moskosel's Ove Åkerman got control of the ball when André Alfors tried to sneak it across the goal line. Moskosel's Simon Kolberg got a good chance for a goal in the 59th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Ove Åkerman took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Sören Beckström, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After 68 minutes of play, Vargön's Jens-Erik Gullesson made it 1-2 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Ove Åkerman was left in no man's land by his defense there! Kenneth Josefsson charged in rather forcefully in the 72nd minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Kenneth Josefsson the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. Angelo Zollino received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 75th minute. Joakim Stenkvist tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Daniele Giordano fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 76th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Joakim Stenkvist having to interfere. After 79 minutes, Jens-Erik Gullesson made it 1-3 with a short kick to the right side. Moskosel's Ove Åkerman tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot. If Simon Kolberg had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 82nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. After some fancy dribbling in the 82nd minute, Simon Kolberg managed to get in a good position for a shot. Moskosel's supporters rose to their feet, but Simon Kolberg was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Joakim Stenkvist breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Jens-Erik Gullesson received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 85th minute. Ove Åkerman tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After a defensive mix-up in Vargön's zone, Simon Kolberg stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Joakim Stenkvist came out of the goal and Simon Kolberg tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. In the 90th minute Daniele Giordano shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Joakim Stenkvist saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After 92 played minutes Sören Beckström rounded Moskosel's defense and shot a beautiful shot into goal via left pole - 1-4. When Sören Beckström came up free with the goalie in the 96th minute, the Vargön fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Sören Beckström couldn't finish the play. The referee blew the final whistle, and the away crowd roared, having watched Vargön eke out a victory against a very well matched opponent.
