George Sjö received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 22nd minute. Robin Engström tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 23rd minute, Manfred Hjälm got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. After a defensive mix-up in stenkullen goik's zone, George Sjö stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Robin Engström came out of the goal and George Sjö tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Stefan Ekgren during the 26th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. After a rather tough play, stenkullen goik's Stefan Ekgren got a free kick in the 26th minute. After 31 played minutes Fittja IF got a freekick which was hit by Manfred Hjälm. When Kåre Mossberg came up free with the goalie in the 33rd minute, the stenkullen goik fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Kåre Mossberg couldn't finish the play.

The wind increased when Mikael Ahlstedt made the kick off in the second half. Fittja IF's Joakim Wallin played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Mikael Ahlstedt in the 52nd minute of play. Joakim Wallin made an important save on a dangerous shot by Kåre Mossberg in the 54th minute. If Sture Svanberg had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 61st minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. In the 62nd minute, George Sjö got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Joakim Wallin made an important save on a dangerous shot by Kåre Mossberg in the 65th minute. Robin Engström breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. 79 minutes into the match, stenkullen goik's Mikael Ahlstedt sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Joakim Wallin narrowly saved just below the crossbar. After a rather tough play, stenkullen goik's Patric Stephansson got a free kick in the 83rd minute. Thanks to some nice moves Kåre Mossberg could shoot a difficult shot in the 91st minute, which Joakim Wallin however easily saved by the left post. 96 minutes into the match, Fittja IF's goal looked a bit too open when Mikael Ahlstedt came free, but Joakim Wallin reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line.
