In the 10th match minute, Sommarropojkarna was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Jonny Wickander to maneuver through the defense. Kristian Stabbe made a fantastic save in the 17th minute, when Per Blomqvist sent off a good shot on target. Samuel Sigfridsson struck a weak shot in the 19th minute. Ove Örn didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Pistonheads FC. After some fancy dribbling in the 21st minute, Helge Andreasson managed to get in a good position for a shot. Pistonheads FC's supporters rose to their feet, but Helge Andreasson was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Ove Örn breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Per Blomqvist could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 23rd minute of the match, but Kristian Stabbe made a huge save. Kristian Stabbe made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Jonny Wickander in the 26th minute of play. Kristian Stabbe showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Jonny Wickander, who was totally free with the ball in the 32nd minute. The Sommarropojkarna players were disheartened as they walked off the pitch after the first half. Pistonheads FC were winning 0-1.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Helge Andreasson was the one to do the kick off. An unexpectedly hard shot by Jonny Wickander in the 87th minute of play forced Pistonheads FC's goalkeeper Kristian Stabbe to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 89 minutes into the match, Pistonheads FC's goal looked a bit too open when Jonny Wickander came free, but Kristian Stabbe reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After 90 played minutes Sommarropojkarna got a freekick which was hit by Ramírez Lavega.
