The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Jan-Åke Wahlström showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. David Pålsson sent away a hard shot on goal in the 71st minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Samuel Sigfridsson recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 75th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. 79 minutes into the match, Veberöd's goal looked a bit too open when Christoffer Gustavsson came free, but Jan-Åke Wahlström reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Helge Andreasson hit a great freekick 80 minutes into the match. Kristian Stabbe made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Jerry Lund in the 81st minute of play. In the 87th match minute, Veberöd was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Olov Lustig to maneuver through the defense. With a little luck, Pistonheads FC's Kristian Stabbe got control of the ball when David Pålsson tried to sneak it across the goal line. The long shot by Ernst Beneth in the 92nd minute really tested Kristian Stabbe's skills. The ball was on its way into the goal to the left of him when he managed to stretch himself and save the shot and avoid a goal. The audience was convinced that Jerry Lund's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Kristian Stabbe was relentless in the 94th minute of the game.
