Vidar Lingren tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Vidar Lingren showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from George Sjö, who was totally free with the ball in the 12th minute. After a rather tough play, Fittja IF's Holger Modig got a free kick in the 13th minute. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Holger Modig in the 16th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Vidar Lingren prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Adam Walmarsson recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 18th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Holger Modig charged in rather forcefully in the 20th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Holger Modig the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. After 20 played minutes Fittja IF got a freekick which was hit by Holger Modig. Joakim Wallin showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Rasmus Vassenius in the 26th minute of the match. Måleriets BK's Vidar Lingren played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by George Sjö in the 30th minute of play. Manfred Hjälm kicked well hit freekick during the 37th minute of the match. 40 minutes into the match, Måleriets BK's goal looked a bit too open when Holger Modig came free, but Vidar Lingren reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After the first half Fittja IF were leading 0-1. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

Fittja IF's Holger Modig got a good chance for a goal in the 53rd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. After 57 minutes, Rasmus Vassenius made it 1-1 with a short kick to the right side. Fittja IF's Joakim Wallin tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot. Kenneth Lindholm charged in rather forcefully in the 63rd minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Kenneth Lindholm the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. After a rather tough play, Fittja IF's Kenneth Lindholm got a free kick in the 64th minute. With a couple of smart ball manuevers George Sjö in the 91st managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Vidar Lingren saved Måleriets BK from getting behind. 93 minutes into the match, Måleriets BK's goal looked a bit too open when George Sjö came free, but Vidar Lingren reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Jeers came from both ends of the stadium when the final whistle went. Neither team had looked impressive and the draw seeemd a fair result.
