Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) Vrigstad BF's Jan Engström started the match with a crisp pass. The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. After a rather tough play, Vrigstad BF's Alex Hagström got a free kick in the 3rd minute. Joachim Tomasson kicked well hit freekick during the 4th minute of the match. Fagerhult's Rune Öfverman proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 8th minute of the match, managed to save Fagerhult from getting a goal against them. 8 minutes into the match, Jan Engström dribbled the ball past the defender and swiftly kicked the ball to the left of Rune Öfverman, 1-0. Rune Öfverman showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Jan Engström, who was totally free with the ball in the 12th minute. With an all-out effort, Vrigstad BF's Rune Öfverman threw himself towards the right post 16 minutes into the match and grabbed hold of the ball from Kurt Häger, which otherwise would have been placed in the net. In the 21st minute Calle Sundström shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Arne Molin saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. The crowd rose to their feet as Jan Engström kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Rune Öfverman. That made the score 2-0 in the 24 minute of play. Arne Molin came out of the goal in the 29th minute to try and stop a shot by Fagerhult's Oliver Qvalfeldt. But to his dismay, Oliver Qvalfeldt quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 2-1. Arne Molin made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Oliver Qvalfeldt in the 37th minute of play. The supporters of Vrigstad BF booed when Fagerhult was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 38 match minutes in a wonderful position. Holger Duset didn't get a good kick on the ball. Niklas Lövgren kicked well hit freekick during the 40th minute of the match. Arne Molin showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Oliver Qvalfeldt in the 42nd minute of the match. Arne Molin made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Oliver Qvalfeldt in the 44th minute of play. The away team players looked dejected as the walked off the pitch at half time. They had fought hard, but were still losing 2-1.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Calle Sundström was the one to do the kick off. Jan Engström took the ball and in the 52 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Rune Öfverman. Rune Öfverman dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 3-1. The audience thought a goal was coming when Oliver Qvalfeldt got free with Arne Molin in the 57th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Oliver Qvalfeldt received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 60th minute. Arne Molin tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Through an outstanding action, after 66 minutes, Arne Molin successfully got his hands on the ball before it slid into the goal at the right post. Rune Öfverman showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Jan Engström in the 69th minute of the match. Arne Molin showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Joachim Tomasson, who was totally free with the ball in the 75th minute. When the match had gone on for 76 minutes, Calle Sundström put it in 3-2 from a short distance just to the right of Arne Molin. 3-3 became the score in the 81st minute when Calle Sundström elegantly shot the ball into goal just under the crossbar. Calle Sundström fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 85th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Arne Molin having to interfere. Vrigstad BF's Arne Molin played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Calle Sundström in the 87th minute of play. Jan-Erik Rang received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 93rd minute. Rune Öfverman tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere.
