Squidens IF's Weverton Carneiro proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 14th minute of the match, managed to save Squidens IF from getting a goal against them. An unexpectedly hard shot by Vintilă Văleanu in the 16th minute of play forced Bergshamra's goalkeeper Roger Björkkvist to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. When Verner Westerberg came up free with the goalie in the 23rd minute, the Bergshamra fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Verner Westerberg couldn't finish the play. The Squidens IF fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 0-2. 29 minutes into the game, Squidens IF's Timmy Tunström nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Roger Björkkvist made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 0-3. Vintilă Văleanu fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 55th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Roger Björkkvist having to interfere. The crowd rose to their feet as Timmy Tunström kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Roger Björkkvist. That made the score 0-6 in the 57 minute of play. Roger Björkkvist made a fantastic save in the 63rd minute, when Timmy Tunström sent off a good shot on target. If Iolkos Chronis had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 64th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. 66 minutes into the match, Bergshamra's goal looked a bit too open when Timmy Tunström came free, but Roger Björkkvist reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 67th play minute Yaroslav Gladyshev came free and shot an unsuspected shot which went into goal from the right pole behind a surprised Roger Björkkvist. 0-7. In the 74th minute of the match, Vintilă Văleanu tried to roll the ball into the goal by the right post, but Roger Björkkvist saw his intentions and got control of the ball before it passed the line. Roger Björkkvist made a fantastic save in the 75th minute, when Yaroslav Gladyshev sent off a good shot on target. 82 minutes into the match, Yaroslav Gladyshev notched a goal, 0-9, to the right of Bergshamra's Roger Björkkvist. Roger Björkkvist was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it.
