Spectators: 7500 (Terracing: 5625, Seating: 1725, VIP seats: 150) The sun was shining, the grass was green and the audience cheered when Čeněk Jošt got the match started through his kick off. When Manfred Åman came up free with the goalie in the 3rd minute, the Swestars fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Manfred Åman couldn't finish the play. 9 minutes into the game, Jonny Eriksson cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 0-1. Jan-Olof Danielsson was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Olof Lundin fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 11th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Jan-Olof Danielsson having to interfere. Čeněk Jošt kicked well hit freekick during the 13th minute of the match. An unexpectedly hard shot by Jonny Eriksson in the 15th minute of play forced FC Nerike's goalkeeper Jan-Olof Danielsson to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Jan-Olof Danielsson showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Jonny Eriksson, who was totally free with the ball in the 16th minute. In the 18th minute, Alvin Lenberg hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Swestars's Patric Ekegren played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Radomil Frenzel in the 20th minute of play. 22 minutes into the match, Swestars's Olof Lundin sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Jan-Olof Danielsson narrowly saved just below the crossbar. An unexpectedly hard shot by Jonny Eriksson in the 28th minute of play forced FC Nerike's goalkeeper Jan-Olof Danielsson to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Patric Ekegren came out of the goal in the 40th minute to try and stop a shot by FC Nerike's Čeněk Jošt. But to his dismay, Čeněk Jošt quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-2. Patric Ekegren was in the perfect position, and the defense had done a good job marking him, but Čeněk Jošt showcased his skills and made a perfect shot to score 2-2 in the 45 minute of play.

The wind increased when Jonny Eriksson made the kick off in the second half. Swestars's Patric Ekegren played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Čeněk Jošt in the 51st minute of play. Jonny Eriksson recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 52nd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. 55 minutes into the match, Swestars's goal looked a bit too open when Michael Frisk came free, but Patric Ekegren reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Aleksander Grönberg hit a great freekick 58 minutes into the match. In the 64th minute Olof Lundin shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Jan-Olof Danielsson saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. FC Nerike's Radomil Frenzel suffered a sore thigh after 64 minutes and couldn't finish the game. After 64 minutes, Samuel Bäck mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Swestars and the FC Nerike players grew even worse after the yellow card. After a rather tough play, Swestars's Samuel Bäck got a free kick in the 66th minute. After 68 minutes of play, the referee blew the whistle. It was a penalty for Swestars! Jonny Eriksson could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 72nd minute of the match, but Jan-Olof Danielsson made a huge save. Kent Billberg recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 74th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Through an outstanding action, after 78 minutes, Jan-Olof Danielsson successfully got his hands on the ball before it slid into the goal at the right post. Patric Ekegren showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Čeněk Jošt, who was totally free with the ball in the 85th minute. In the 89th minute Čeněk Jošt shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Patric Ekegren saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Ingvar Ekman kicked well hit freekick during the 90th minute of the match. An unexpectedly hard shot by Jonny Eriksson in the 93rd minute of play forced FC Nerike's goalkeeper Jan-Olof Danielsson to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Čeněk Jošt might have been able to make a better finish in the 96th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Patric Ekegren. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Čeněk Jošt ran back to his position shaking his head. Patric Ekegren took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Kent Billberg, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Olof Lundin kicked well hit freekick during the 98th minute of the match. Neither set of supporters seemed pleased with the draw, but both teams had played equally well today.
