Viktor Nordin took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Stig-Ove Albäck, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Bo-Erik Bergqvist fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 22nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Henric Ahlkvist having to interfere. After some careless play in the Lervik IF defense, Eric Björling kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Henric Ahlkvist. The Lervik IF fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Henric Ahlkvist should have stopped the shot. After a defensive mix-up in Lervik IF's zone, Bo-Erik Bergqvist stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Henric Ahlkvist came out of the goal and Bo-Erik Bergqvist tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Lervik IF's Henric Ahlkvist played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Eric Björling in the 29th minute of play. The referee blew the whistle for a penalty in the 32nd minute of the game. One of Lervik IF:s players had nearly got his shirt torn off by an opponent while getting free in front of Good-ass Hoopti Ridah:s goal. In the 33rd minute, the referee gave Good-ass Hoopti Ridah a penalty. Isaac Kilberg looked confident and blasted the ball into goal by the left post, totally unstoppable for Henric Ahlkvist. The nice shot from Bo-Erik Bergqvist in the 37thth minute just in front of the goal should have ended in point on the board, but Henric Ahlkvist had a great feel for the game and superbly saved the ball from getting in by the left post. Eric Björling might have been able to make a better finish in the 38th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Henric Ahlkvist. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Eric Björling ran back to his position shaking his head. Eric Björling's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Henric Ahlkvist read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 40th minute of play. Viktor Nordin showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Stig-Ove Albäck in the 45th minute of the match. Richard Bern's late challenge caught a Lervik IF's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Richard Bern helped the player get up and apologised. In the 48th match minute, Good-ass Hoopti Ridah was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Richard Bern to maneuver through the defense.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Stig-Ove Albäck stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Henric Ahlkvist came out of the goal and Eric Björling tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Good-ass Hoopti Ridah's Bo-Erik Bergqvist got a good chance for a goal in the 83rd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. A collision led to Good-ass Hoopti Ridah getting a freekick after 85 minutes play. Richard Bern hit a great ball. Henric Ahlkvist didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Stefan Holmberg went, in the 95th minute, to the upper right corner, 4-0 was the resulting score.
