After some fancy dribbling in the 13th minute, Emanuel Törnblom managed to get in a good position for a shot. Donja Puharska's supporters rose to their feet, but Emanuel Törnblom was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Ingvar Kvist breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. After 20 minutes, Kaj Hybbert mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Bulltofta BB and the Donja Puharska players grew even worse after the yellow card. After 20 played minutes Bulltofta BB got a freekick which was hit by Kaj Hybbert. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. The audience was convinced that Henning Karlsson's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Alexander Asserlindh was relentless in the 42nd minute of the game. Ingvar Kvist stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Per Wiman's shot from short distance in the 45th minute. Per Wiman's shot straight on target was not completely harmless. The ball had pretty good speed, but Ingvar Kvist firmly grabbed it by the left post. The fans had the chance to grab some refreshments as the whistle went for half-time. The score stood at 0-0 after a close first half.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Kaj Hybbert was the one to do the kick off. After 54 played minutes Donja Puharska got a freekick which was hit by Emanuel Törnblom. An unexpectedly hard shot by Emanuel Törnblom in the 56th minute of play forced Bulltofta BB's goalkeeper Ingvar Kvist to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. If Claes Håkansson had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 59th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Ingvar Kvist prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Ingvar Kvist made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Per Wiman in the 85th minute of play. The audience was convinced that Per Wiman's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Ingvar Kvist was relentless in the 91st minute of the game. If Kaj Hybbert had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 93rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 94th match minute, Bulltofta BB was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Evert Frykberg to maneuver through the defense. Claes Håkansson received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 96th minute. Ingvar Kvist tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere.
