Nicklas Persson came out of the goal and Claes Almqvist tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Claes Almqvist in the 56th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Nicklas Persson prevented the ball from getting in the gole. After 63rd play minutes Claes Almqvist shot 0-2, a short shot which went by Nicklas Persson and just under the crossbar into goal. Blyth Spartans made a substitution. Saturnino Valente replaced Thad Jøker. The crowd rose to their feet as Blyth Spartans's Kajetan Borucki slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Nicklas Persson. That made the score 0-3 after 68 minutes of play. Laureano Cordera received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 77th minute. Nicklas Persson tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere.
