When Grebbestad IFK's Humberto Paraibano in the 47th minute got a chance for a shot 47th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. Nicklas Persson was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. In the 63rd match minute, Grebbestad IFK was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Göran Öberg to maneuver through the defense. Charles Björkqvist showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Verner Brenner, who was totally free with the ball in the 69th minute. Humberto Paraibano recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 72nd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. The audience thought a goal was coming when Humberto Paraibano got free with Nicklas Persson in the 83rd minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. An unexpectedly hard shot by Gunnar Göransson in the 86th minute of play forced Grebbestad IFK's goalkeeper Charles Björkqvist to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. When Tobias Lundhberg fell near the penalty area in the 92nd minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Grebbestad IFK's protests and gave Tobias Lundhberg a yellow card for diving instead. Tobias Lundhberg kicked well hit freekick during the 92nd minute of the match. AC Jeriko's supporters rose to their feet, but Sverker Österberg was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Charles Björkqvist breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. When the referee ended the match the AC Jeriko players were able to celebrate. They had won a fair victory and recieved the ovations of their fans.
