After having played for 9 minutes, Emil Mickelsson managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Bajen's supporters crossed their fingers, but Emil Mickelsson was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Bajen's Ethan Arancibia came free and shot a quick shot against goal 10 minutes in the game, fortunately Rasmus Ahlquist had problems saving as it came toward the left post. Rasmus Ahlquist made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Emil Mickelsson in the 11th minute of play. Rune Billock's late challenge caught a Bajen's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Rune Billock helped the player get up and apologised. Rune Billock hit a great freekick 12 minutes into the match. The supporters of Bajen booed when Koalornas IF was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 17 match minutes in a wonderful position. Rune Billock didn't get a good kick on the ball. Koalornas IF's Rasmus Ahlquist played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Ethan Arancibia in the 29th minute of play. The audience was convinced that Emil Mickelsson's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Rasmus Ahlquist was relentless in the 30th minute of the game. After some careless play in the Koalornas IF defense, Ethan Arancibia kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Rasmus Ahlquist. The Koalornas IF fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Rasmus Ahlquist should have stopped the shot. When Ethan Arancibia came up free with the goalie in the 34th minute, the Bajen fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Ethan Arancibia couldn't finish the play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Emil Mickelsson in the 35th minute of play forced Koalornas IF's goalkeeper Rasmus Ahlquist to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Koalornas IF's Rasmus Ahlquist proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 41st minute of the match, managed to save Koalornas IF from getting a goal against them. 42 minutes into the match, Koalornas IF's goal looked a bit too open when Emil Mickelsson came free, but Rasmus Ahlquist reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. If Ethan Arancibia had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 47th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 3-0 at half-time.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Emil Mickelsson to strike the kick off in the second half. 53 minutes into the game, Bajen's Emil Mickelsson nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Rasmus Ahlquist made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 4-0. After 57th play minutes Emil Mickelsson shot 5-0, a short shot which went by Rasmus Ahlquist and just under the crossbar into goal. Koalornas IF's Rasmus Ahlquist played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Ethan Arancibia in the 62nd minute of play. The audience was convinced that Emil Mickelsson's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Rasmus Ahlquist was relentless in the 64th minute of the game. After 66 minutes, Emil Mickelsson made it 6-0 with a short kick to the right side. Koalornas IF's Rasmus Ahlquist tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot. The referee gave Bajen a penalty, 75 minutes into the game. The penalty shot was made by Algot Löfgren, who made a well placed shot into the net to the right of Koalornas IF's Rasmus Ahlquist. 7-0. After some fancy dribbling in the 78th minute, Ethan Arancibia managed to get in a good position for a shot. Bajen's supporters rose to their feet, but Ethan Arancibia was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Rasmus Ahlquist breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. 80 minutes into the match, Bajen's Ethan Arancibia sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Rasmus Ahlquist narrowly saved just below the crossbar. In the 84thth minute of the game Emil Mickelsson who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Koalornas IF's Rasmus Ahlquist was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. When Bajen's Emil Mickelsson in the 86th minute got a chance for a shot 86th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Koalornas IF's goalie prevented a goal. Rasmus Ahlquist made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Emil Mickelsson in the 89th minute of play.
