The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. An unexpectedly hard shot by Stig Norström in the 5th minute of play forced Ifk Kålltorp's goalkeeper Asopos Frangopoulos to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Asopos Frangopoulos had great luck who in the 8thth minute grab hold of the ball when Pontus Berglund from a short distance tried to put the ball inside the right post. In the 9th play minute Benjamin Tunander came free and shot an unsuspected shot which went into goal from the right pole behind a surprised Asopos Frangopoulos. 1-0. An unexpectedly hard shot by Pontus Berglund in the 12th minute of play forced Ifk Kålltorp's goalkeeper Asopos Frangopoulos to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 18th minute there was a penalty for The Gunners. Benjamin Tunander stepped forward and shot the ball to the right of a diving Asopos Frangopoulos. 2-0. The audience thought a goal was coming when Benjamin Tunander got free with Asopos Frangopoulos in the 25th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. A collision led to The Gunners getting a freekick after 38 minutes play. Mark Blixt hit a great ball. 41 minutes into the match, Ifk Kålltorp's goalkeeper Asopos Frangopoulos had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Benjamin Tunander. In the 42nd match minute, Ifk Kålltorp was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Torbjörn Isaksson to maneuver through the defense. When Benjamin Tunander came up free with the goalie in the 43rd minute, the The Gunners fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Benjamin Tunander couldn't finish the play. Pontus Berglund kicked well hit freekick during the 46th minute of the match. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 3-0 at half-time.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Benjamin Tunander made a kick off. The supporters of Ifk Kålltorp booed when The Gunners was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 50 match minutes in a wonderful position. Benjamin Tunander didn't get a good kick on the ball. 55 minutes into the match, Ifk Kålltorp's goal looked a bit too open when Andreas Ahlbeck came free, but Asopos Frangopoulos reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. If Jerry Gunnarsson had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 56th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After a rather tough play, Ifk Kålltorp's Carl Örtendal got a free kick in the 62nd minute. Asopos Frangopoulos took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Benjamin Tunander, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. With a little luck, The Gunners's Dennis Wallin got control of the ball when Jerry Gunnarsson tried to sneak it across the goal line. Asopos Frangopoulos showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Pontus Berglund in the 71st minute of the match. Asopos Frangopoulos made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Benjamin Tunander in the 79th minute of play. After a rather tough play, The Gunners's Krister Kinell got a free kick in the 79th minute. In the 93rd minute, Carl Örtendal hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field.
