Spectators: 7110 (Terracing: 5610, Seating: 1500, VIP seats: 0) Mats Lindholm started the match with the kick off in front of an excited audience. In the 3rd minute, Skarsåsen IK's Emanuel Falk seemed to kick out at an opponent. The referee saw this and, surprisingly, showed Emanuel Falk the red card, dismissing him from the pitch. The coaching staff of Skarsåsen IK protested bitterly, but the referee would have none of it, and Emanuel Falk had no choice but to slowly walk off the pitch. In the 4th minute there was a penalty for Smögen RKsdfdfs. Marcus Kellberg stepped forward and shot the ball to the right of a diving Jan-Olof Nordström. 0-1. In the 8th minute Marcus Kellberg shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Jan-Olof Nordström saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After some careless play in the Skarsåsen IK defense, Benjamin Sundberg kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Jan-Olof Nordström. The Skarsåsen IK fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Jan-Olof Nordström should have stopped the shot. Skarsåsen IK's Jan-Olof Nordström played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Wictor Löfgren in the 17th minute of play. In the 18th minute, Alf Kvarnström left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Smögen RKsdfdfs fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 0-4. Alfred Pålsson blasted a shot towards the goal in the 26th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Sten Mellberg having to make a save. The supporters of Skarsåsen IK booed when Smögen RKsdfdfs was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 29 match minutes in a wonderful position. Sten Söderqwist didn't get a good kick on the ball. 35 minutes into the game, Smögen RKsdfdfs's Marcus Kellberg nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Jan-Olof Nordström made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 0-5. Marcus Kellberg scored 0-6 in the 38th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Jan-Olof Nordström, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. After 45 minutes of play, Smögen RKsdfdfs's Herbert Gudmundsson made it 0-7 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Jan-Olof Nordström was left in no man's land by his defense there! Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 0-7 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Marcus Kellberg to make the kick off. An unexpectedly hard shot by Marcus Kellberg in the 51st minute of play forced Skarsåsen IK's goalkeeper Jan-Olof Nordström to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After some careless play in the Skarsåsen IK defense, Herbert Gudmundsson kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Jan-Olof Nordström. The Skarsåsen IK fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Jan-Olof Nordström should have stopped the shot. Jan-Olof Nordström made a fantastic save in the 55th minute, when Marcus Kellberg sent off a good shot on target. 56 minutes into the match, Skarsåsen IK's goalkeeper Jan-Olof Nordström had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Herbert Gudmundsson. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Mats Lindholm during the 57th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. In the 57th match minute, Skarsåsen IK was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Mats Lindholm to maneuver through the defense. In the 58th minute, Marcus Kellberg made a precise shot to the right of Jan-Olof Nordström. Skarsåsen IK's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 0-9. After a rather tough play, Smögen RKsdfdfs's Wictor Löfgren got a free kick in the 65th minute. Alfred Pålsson took the ball and in the 66 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Sten Mellberg. Sten Mellberg dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 1-9. After 73 played minutes Skarsåsen IK got a freekick which was hit by Tommy Abelsson. After 76 played minutes Skarsåsen IK got a freekick which was hit by Mats Lindholm. 77 minutes into the match, Skarsåsen IK's goalkeeper Jan-Olof Nordström had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Herbert Gudmundsson. Jan-Olof Nordström was in the perfect position, and the defense had done a good job marking him, but Benjamin Sundberg showcased his skills and made a perfect shot to score 1-10 in the 78 minute of play. In the 83rd minute, Benjamin Sundberg hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Jan-Olof Nordström made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Wictor Löfgren in the 85th minute of play. The crowd rose to their feet as Smögen RKsdfdfs's Wictor Löfgren slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Jan-Olof Nordström. That made the score 1-11 after 87 minutes of play. Jan-Olof Nordström came out of the goal in the 93rd minute to try and stop a shot by Smögen RKsdfdfs's Herbert Gudmundsson. But to his dismay, Herbert Gudmundsson quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-12.
