The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 1-0 at half-time.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Olov Ekberg to make the kick off. If Paquito Navarro had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 55th minute. In the 77th match minute, Yacht Club was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Paquito Navarro to maneuver through the defense. Gysinge's Gunnar Lundhberg played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Paquito Navarro in the 79th minute of play. Paquito Navarro took the ball and in the 80 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Gunnar Lundhberg. Gunnar Lundhberg dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 3-0. Gustav Sörman kicked well hit freekick during the 89th minute of the match. In the 91st minute Paquito Navarro shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Gunnar Lundhberg saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. For all the effort they put into the match, the Gysinge players left disappointed. They had fought hard, but couldn't break down the home team's defense. The match ended in a win for Yacht Club.
