Spectators: 7504 (Terracing: 5629, Seating: 1726, VIP seats: 149) The mood of the audience was pleasant when Pontus Skark made the kick off which started today's match. After some fancy dribbling in the 4th minute, Lennart Vidman managed to get in a good position for a shot. NY Rangers's supporters rose to their feet, but Lennart Vidman was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Calle Sandström breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Calle Sandström took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Leif Bennet, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 7 minutes into the match, Harge FC's goal looked a bit too open when Andy Soned came free, but Calle Sandström reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Calle Sandström made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Andy Soned in the 12th minute of play. Pontus Skark sent away a hard shot on goal in the 15th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. In the 17th match minute, NY Rangers was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Jens Frykberg to maneuver through the defense. In the 20th match minute, NY Rangers was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Lennart Vidman to maneuver through the defense. Sabahattin Yurdaer recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 21st minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Andy Soned fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 23rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Calle Sandström having to interfere. Leif Bennet might have been able to make a better finish in the 30th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Calle Sandström. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Leif Bennet ran back to his position shaking his head. Jens Frykberg took the ball and in the 32 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Calle Sandström. Calle Sandström dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-1. Sabahattin Yurdaer's shot when he came free in front of the goal in the 37thth minute, Jesper Garvetti skillfully showed off with a save to what seemed to be an obvious goal. In the last second Jesper Garvetti throw himself and got hold of the ball when Pontus Skark in the 38thth minute from his position got away a shot towards the right post. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 0-1 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.

Harge FC's Calle Sandström played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Jens Frykberg in the 57th minute of play. Jesper Garvetti showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Sabahattin Yurdaer, who was totally free with the ball in the 59th minute. Ingvar Lingren hit a great freekick 61 minutes into the match. Andy Soned received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 62nd minute. Calle Sandström tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Jesper Garvetti took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Ingvar Lingren, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Calle Sandström showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Leif Bennet in the 66th minute of the match. Edgar Stor sent away a hard shot on goal in the 70th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Jesper Garvetti didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Pontus Skark went, in the 73rd minute, to the upper right corner, 1-1 was the resulting score. 76 minutes into the match, Pontus Skark had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Jesper Garvetti. NY Rangers's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Pontus Skark was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 2-1. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Sabahattin Yurdaer in the 83rd minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Jesper Garvetti prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Pontus Skark might have been able to make a better finish in the 84th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Jesper Garvetti. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Pontus Skark ran back to his position shaking his head. Sabahattin Yurdaer fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 86th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Jesper Garvetti having to interfere. After 90 played minutes NY Rangers got a freekick which was hit by Leif Bennet. NY Rangers's Jesper Garvetti played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Sabahattin Yurdaer in the 91st minute of play. 95 minutes into the match, NY Rangers's goal looked a bit too open when Sabahattin Yurdaer came free, but Jesper Garvetti reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 96th minute, Sabahattin Yurdaer got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. NY Rangers's players left the field with heads hung low after losing a match that had been finely balanced throughout.
