Aron Pålsson received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 4th minute. Jesper Garvetti tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Anders Beneth lost his temper 8 minutes into the game and shoved another player to the ground. He was immediately shown a red card. In the 10th minute there was a penalty for NY Rangers. Sven-Ove Wiklund stepped forward and shot the ball to the right of a diving Jens Fagerberg. 0-1. Aron Pålsson fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 13th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Jesper Garvetti having to interfere. Aron Pålsson sent away a hard shot on goal in the 15th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Andy Soned received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 18th minute. Jens Fagerberg tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. When the match had gone on for 24 minutes, Aron Pålsson took a quick shot and it went in 1-1 without a chance for Jesper Garvetti to make any attempt to save it. After having played for 32 minutes, Aron Pålsson managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Bengaloos's supporters crossed their fingers, but Aron Pålsson was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Aron Pålsson sent away a hard shot on goal in the 35th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In a very dangerous position, a player in NY Rangers fell when an opponent tried to get the ball from him in the 45th minute. Penalty! NY Rangers:s Jesper Garvetti showed great skill when he stopped Nils-Erik Danielsson:s penalty. Jesper Garvetti came out of the goal in the 46th minute to try and stop a shot by Bengaloos's Nils-Erik Danielsson. But to his dismay, Nils-Erik Danielsson quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 2-1. Af the end of the first half the score was 2-1. The first half had gone as expected for the home team.

The wind increased when Aron Pålsson made the kick off in the second half. After some fancy dribbling in the 52nd minute, Aron Pålsson managed to get in a good position for a shot. Bengaloos's supporters rose to their feet, but Aron Pålsson was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Jesper Garvetti breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Claes Hellqvist sent away a hard shot on goal in the 53rd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. 57 minutes into the match, NY Rangers's goal looked a bit too open when Claes Hellqvist came free, but Jesper Garvetti reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. 57 minutes into the match, Claes Hellqvist notched a goal, 3-1, to the right of NY Rangers's Jesper Garvetti. Jesper Garvetti was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. NY Rangers's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 4-1. 67 minutes into the match, Aron Pålsson had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Jesper Garvetti. NY Rangers's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Aron Pålsson was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 5-1. Bengaloos's supporters rose to their feet, but Claes Hellqvist was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Jesper Garvetti breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. When Claes Hellqvist came up free with the goalie in the 78th minute, the Bengaloos fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Claes Hellqvist couldn't finish the play. Aron Pålsson sent away a hard shot on goal in the 80th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. 84 minutes into the match, Bengaloos's Aron Pålsson sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Jesper Garvetti narrowly saved just below the crossbar. After 87 minutes of play, Bengaloos's Claes Hellqvist made it 6-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Jesper Garvetti was left in no man's land by his defense there! 90 minutes into the match, NY Rangers's goal looked a bit too open when Aron Pålsson came free, but Jesper Garvetti reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Jesper Garvetti showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Magnus Engström, who was totally free with the ball in the 95th minute. Bengaloos's supporters were delighted with their team's performance and swarmed onto the pitch at the end of the match to celebrate the victory with the players.
