Lars-Erik Jakobsson charged in rather forcefully in the 18th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Lars-Erik Jakobsson the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. The Black StarZ's Ralf Klementsson played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Verner Löfgren in the 27th minute of play. 28 minutes into the match, The Black StarZ's goalkeeper Ralf Klementsson had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Hans Wahlström. Ralf Klementsson made a fantastic save in the 31st minute, when Hans Wahlström sent off a good shot on target. Ralf Klementsson showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Olof Tholsson, who was totally free with the ball in the 32nd minute. In the 52nd minute the ball was on its way in behind The Black StarZ's goalkeeper Ralf Klementsson, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. 53 minutes into the match, The Black StarZ's Marcus Ek sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Vilhelm Möller narrowly saved just below the crossbar. The audience was convinced that Marcus Ek's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Vilhelm Möller was relentless in the 58th minute of the game. During the 59th minute of the match Lars-Erik Jakobsson completely mistimed his tackle and brought down his opponent. The referee gave Lars-Erik Jakobsson a yellow card, his second in the match, which meant he could no longer take part in the game. The supporters of Tigers booed when The Black StarZ was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 60 match minutes in a wonderful position. Lars-Erik Jakobsson didn't get a good kick on the ball. Egon Utter, 61 minutes into the match, dribbled the ball up the side of the field and decided to take a long shot at the goal. Unfortunately, the ball was poorly hit and landed closer to the corner than to the goal. Ralf Klementsson came out of the goal in the 63rd minute to try and stop a shot by Tigers's Olof Tholsson. But to his dismay, Olof Tholsson quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 2-1. 70 minutes into the match, The Black StarZ's goal looked a bit too open when Olof Tholsson came free, but Ralf Klementsson reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. 73 minutes into the game, Marko Hedman cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 3-1. Ralf Klementsson was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. 77 minutes into the match, The Black StarZ's goal looked a bit too open when Olof Tholsson came free, but Ralf Klementsson reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line.
