Valdis Kļavlapa took the ball and in the 14 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Bo Hellqvist. Bo Hellqvist dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-2. Valdis Kļavlapa scored 0-3 in the 17th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Bo Hellqvist, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Valdis Kļavlapa might have been able to make a better finish in the 19th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Bo Hellqvist. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Valdis Kļavlapa ran back to his position shaking his head. In the 21st minute, Richard Lustig ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Bo Hellqvist was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-4. Valdis Kļavlapa struck a weak shot in the 23rd minute. Bo Hellqvist didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for IFK Hedemora. In the 26th minute, Bengt Svanér ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Bo Hellqvist was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-5. The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Martin Låsberg was the one to do the kick off. In the 51st minute, Valdis Kļavlapa reached a very good position and smashed the ball with a huge effort into the net, just to the left of Bo Hellqvist. The goal made the score 0-11. With a little luck, Linneryd's Bo Hellqvist got control of the ball when Richard Lustig tried to sneak it across the goal line. Bo Hellqvist was in the perfect position, and the defense had done a good job marking him, but Bengt Svanér showcased his skills and made a perfect shot to score 0-12 in the 55 minute of play. In the 58th minute, Richard Lustig left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The IFK Hedemora fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 0-13. The supporters of IFK Hedemora booed when Linneryd was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 60 match minutes in a wonderful position. David Lööf didn't get a good kick on the ball. After 62 minutes, Per-Olof Låsberg mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Linneryd and the IFK Hedemora players grew even worse after the yellow card. The supporters of IFK Hedemora booed when Linneryd was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 62 match minutes in a wonderful position. Per-Olof Låsberg didn't get a good kick on the ball. Valdis Kļavlapa's shot straight on target was not completely harmless. The ball had pretty good speed, but Bo Hellqvist firmly grabbed it by the left post. 64 minutes into the match, Richard Lustig dribbled the ball past the defender and swiftly kicked the ball to the left of Bo Hellqvist, 0-14. Bo Hellqvist was left in no man's land by his defense there! Bo Hellqvist came out of the goal in the 90th minute to try and stop a shot by IFK Hedemora's Bengt Svanér. But to his dismay, Bengt Svanér quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-21. Bengt Svanér recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 93rd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. IFK Hedemora's fans were overjoyed with their teams well-earned victory and stayed in the stadium long after the final whistle to celebrate the win.
