Spectators: 7172 (Terracing: 5672, Seating: 1350, VIP seats: 150) Alf Åström made the kick off and thus started the match. After 7th play minutes Anders Hedström shot 1-0, a short shot which went by Andreas Lundqvist and just under the crossbar into goal. Ulf Gustafsson's shot straight on target was not completely harmless. The ball had pretty good speed, but Andreas Lundqvist firmly grabbed it by the left post. The audience thought a goal was coming when Ulf Gustafsson got free with Andreas Lundqvist in the 16th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Henrik Stål's late challenge caught a Holm SK's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Henrik Stål helped the player get up and apologised. After 18 played minutes Dingle IFK got a freekick which was hit by Henrik Stål. The audience thought a goal was coming when Ulf Gustafsson got free with Andreas Lundqvist in the 21st minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Andreas Lundqvist made an important save on a dangerous shot by Ulf Gustafsson in the 21st minute. Andreas Lundqvist was a little too slow when Anders Hedström got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 22nd minute. The score was now 2-0. The supporters of Dingle IFK booed when Holm SK was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 32 match minutes in a wonderful position. Jan-Erik Norström didn't get a good kick on the ball. Ulf Gustafsson came free with the goalkeeper in the 36th minute of the match, and shot straight on target. The shot was a little too simple and Andreas Lundqvist could save by the left post. In the 43rd minute Alf Åström shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Ebelechukwu De Roeulx saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After 44 minutes of play, the referee blew the whistle. It was a penalty for Holm SK! Ulf Gustafsson succeeded to score despite a near miss that spronge from right pole into the goal to 3-0 in the 47th playminute. The away team players looked dejected as the walked off the pitch at half time. They had fought hard, but were still losing 3-0.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Ulf Gustafsson to strike the kick off in the second half. Dingle IFK's Anders Hedström got a good chance for a goal in the 54th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. An unexpectedly hard shot by Anders Hedström in the 59th minute of play forced Holm SK's goalkeeper Andreas Lundqvist to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Ulf Gustafsson in the 62nd minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Andreas Lundqvist prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Andreas Lundqvist made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Anders Hedström in the 64th minute of play. After taking down the ball on Dingle IFK's corner Ulf Gustafsson fired away a hard shot, but the defenders efficiently covered the most dangerous angles and Andreas Lundqvist quite easily take care of the ball. In the 72nd minute, Holm SK's Axel Uggla seemed to kick out at an opponent. The referee saw this and, surprisingly, showed Axel Uggla the red card, dismissing him from the pitch. The coaching staff of Holm SK protested bitterly, but the referee would have none of it, and Axel Uggla had no choice but to slowly walk off the pitch. The referee blew the whistle for a penalty in the 72nd minute of the game. One of Holm SK:s players had nearly got his shirt torn off by an opponent while getting free in front of Dingle IFK:s goal. Erling Billström shot the penalty kick right outside the post. Ulf Gustafsson fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 75th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Andreas Lundqvist having to interfere. Andreas Lundqvist made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Anders Hedström in the 80th minute of play. After 83 minutes Holm SK's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Erling Billström who took care of the corner kick. The corner ended in Erling Billström almost managing to get the ball behind the net, but Holm SK's Andreas Lundqvist did a great save. Anders Hedström received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 84th minute. Andreas Lundqvist tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Andreas Lundqvist made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Anders Hedström in the 87th minute of play. In the 89th minute Anders Hedström shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Andreas Lundqvist saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 94 minutes into the match, Ulf Gustafsson had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Andreas Lundqvist. Holm SK's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Ulf Gustafsson was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 4-0. Holm SK's Andreas Lundqvist played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Anders Hedström in the 98th minute of play. Andreas Lundqvist showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Anders Hedström, who was totally free with the ball in the 100th minute. It was no surprise that this one had ended in a win for the home team. Dingle IFK had played much better football throughout.
