Spectators: 7507 (Terracing: 5631, Seating: 1726, VIP seats: 150) The mood of the audience was pleasant when Bengt-Arne Kleen made the kick off which started today's match. Alberigo Costantino showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Osvald Björnsson in the 4th minute of the match. Haparanda FF's Bengt-Arne Kleen came free and shot a quick shot against goal 5 minutes in the game, fortunately Jan Odin had problems saving as it came toward the left post. Haparanda FF were awarded a corner in the 7th minute after Ryd's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Jonny Löfkvist took the corner. A nice corner shot did that Jonny Löfkvist got away a dangerous shot. Despite this Jan Odin quite easily got ahold of the ball to make the save. Ryd's goalkeeper couldn't reach when Bengt-Arne Kleen 10 minutes into the game got a good kick on the ball which found its way into goal just inside left pole. 1-0. After a defensive mix-up in Ryd's zone, Bengt-Arne Kleen stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Jan Odin came out of the goal and Bengt-Arne Kleen tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. In the 16th minute of the match Malcolm Vesterberg sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Jan Odin skillfully saved the ball. The supporters of Haparanda FF booed when Ryd was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 19 match minutes in a wonderful position. Urban Hellström didn't get a good kick on the ball. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Bengt-Arne Kleen in the 21st managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Jan Odin saved Ryd from getting behind. The crowd rose to their feet as Haparanda FF's Joacim Stigsson slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Jan Odin. That made the score 2-0 after 22 minutes of play. If Hans Engman had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 26th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Sten Almstedt hit a great freekick 32 minutes into the match. Hans Engman fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 34th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Jan Odin having to interfere. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Bengt-Arne Kleen in the 37th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Jan Odin saved Ryd from getting behind. Jan Odin made a fantastic save in the 39th minute, when Bengt-Arne Kleen sent off a good shot on target. Jan Odin didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Bengt-Arne Kleen went, in the 40th minute, to the upper right corner, 3-0 was the resulting score. The away team players looked dejected as the walked off the pitch at half time. They had fought hard, but were still losing 3-0.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Helge Strömbom to make the kick off. In the 56th minute, Bengt-Arne Kleen ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Jan Odin was frozen by the shot and now it was 4-0. Bengt-Arne Kleen kicked well hit freekick during the 69th minute of the match. Bengt-Arne Kleen fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 77th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Jan Odin having to interfere. Joacim Stigsson recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 78th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Helge Strömbom sent away a hard shot on goal in the 80th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. The supporters of Ryd booed when Haparanda FF was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 84 match minutes in a wonderful position. Bengt-Arne Kleen didn't get a good kick on the ball. Bengt-Arne Kleen received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 90th minute. Jan Odin tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After 92 played minutes Ryd got a freekick which was hit by Bengt-Åke Borre. Haparanda FF's Jonny Löfkvist couldn't find anyone to pass the ball to, so he shot a long shot towards the goal in the 93rd minute. The shot went wide which resulted in a goal kick for Ryd. Ryd's Jan Odin played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Bengt-Arne Kleen in the 95th minute of play.
