After a rather tough play, Click Click Boom's Folke Linqvist got a free kick in the 2nd minute. If Kalle Grönberg had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 11th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 13th minute Ingemar Myhr shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Fabio Raitin saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Paulo José De Oliveira struck a weak shot in the 16th minute. Börge Lundqvist didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Click Click Boom. 20 minutes into the match, Paulo José De Oliveira dribbled the ball past the defender and swiftly kicked the ball to the left of Börge Lundqvist, 1-0. An unexpectedly hard shot by Rudolf Stål in the 23rd minute of play forced Click Click Boom's goalkeeper Fabio Raitin to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. The audience was convinced that Jarl Caspersson's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Fabio Raitin was relentless in the 24th minute of the game. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Olof Helander during the 25th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. The supporters of Click Click Boom booed when Hedbergets BK was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 32 match minutes in a wonderful position. Georg Ekström didn't get a good kick on the ball. Börge Lundqvist acted impressively in front of the goal and made a superb save when he, in the 33rd minute, took the ball on the long shot from Kalle Grönberg. Mårten Stenkvist received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 36th minute. Börge Lundqvist tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Fabio Raitin took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Jarl Caspersson, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Ingemar Myhr fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 45th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Fabio Raitin having to interfere. The score stood at 1-1 when the half time whistle went. Both sets of players seemed reasonably pleased with how the match was going.

Jarl Caspersson could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 85th minute of the match, but Fabio Raitin made a huge save. In the 88th minute, Rudolf Stål ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Fabio Raitin was frozen by the shot and now it was 3-4. 96 minutes into the match, Click Click Boom's Kalle Grönberg sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Börge Lundqvist narrowly saved just below the crossbar. The Hedbergets BK supporters could be heard counting down the last seconds of the match. They errupted in celebration when the whistle blew, knowing Hedbergets BK would go home with victory in their luggage after a match that easily could have ended differently.
