Spectators: 7515 (Terracing: 5637, Seating: 1728, VIP seats: 150) The sun was shining, the grass was green and the audience cheered when Jan-Ove Hagberg got the match started through his kick off. After a rather tough play, IFK Vårsta's Kjell Persson got a free kick in the 6th minute. Fredric Hagström could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 8th minute of the match, but Balamir Yürükoğlu made a huge save. After some fancy dribbling in the 14th minute, Calle Nässén managed to get in a good position for a shot. Sir United FC's supporters rose to their feet, but Calle Nässén was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Balamir Yürükoğlu breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. In the 17th minute Andreas Brun shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Sebastian Gustavsson saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. The IFK Vårsta fans' excitement grew in the 19th match minute when IFK Vårsta's Andreas Brun looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 0-1 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. 30 minutes into the match, Sir United FC's goal looked a bit too open when Jan-Ove Hagberg came free, but Sebastian Gustavsson reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Fredric Hagström fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 34th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Balamir Yürükoğlu having to interfere. Kjell Persson hit a great freekick 37 minutes into the match. When the match had gone on for 38 minutes, Fredric Hagström put it in 1-1 from a short distance just to the right of Balamir Yürükoğlu. When Kjell Persson came up free with the goalie in the 41st minute, the IFK Vårsta fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Kjell Persson couldn't finish the play. The audience was convinced that Jan-Ove Hagberg's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Sebastian Gustavsson was relentless in the 43rd minute of the game. In the 48th minute, Herman Henriksson got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. After the first half the score was level. The break gave the players a chance to catch their breath, whilst the managers went over the tactics with them again.

Daniel Dahlqvist made in the 53rd minute of the game a throw-in that took a bad bounce and was taken care of by IFK Vårsta's Kjell Persson. Jan-Ove Hagberg blasted a shot towards the goal in the 54th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Sebastian Gustavsson having to make a save. In the 59th match minute, Sir United FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Åke Sandberg to maneuver through the defense. 62 minutes into the match, Fredric Hagström notched a goal, 2-1, to the right of IFK Vårsta's Balamir Yürükoğlu. Balamir Yürükoğlu was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. When Kjell Persson came up free with the goalie in the 69th minute, the IFK Vårsta fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Kjell Persson couldn't finish the play. Everyone was convinced a goal was close when IFK Vårsta's Jan-Ove Hagberg in the 70th minute lifted the ball towards the upper right corner, but Sebastian Gustavsson was perfectly placed and prevented a goal for Sir United FC through an amazing save. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Jan-Ove Hagberg in the 72nd minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Sebastian Gustavsson prevented the ball from getting in the gole. A collision led to IFK Vårsta getting a freekick after 77 minutes play. Kjell Persson hit a great ball. Balamir Yürükoğlu showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Daniel Dahlqvist, who was totally free with the ball in the 81st minute. Sebastian Gustavsson made a fantastic save in the 82nd minute, when Andreas Brun sent off a good shot on target. An unexpectedly hard shot by Daniel Dahlqvist in the 83rd minute of play forced IFK Vårsta's goalkeeper Balamir Yürükoğlu to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. If Daniel Dahlqvist had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 85th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Sebastian Gustavsson made a fantastic save in the 88th minute, when Andreas Brun sent off a good shot on target. Balamir Yürükoğlu showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Åke Sandberg in the 90th minute of the match. Jan-Ove Hagberg struck a weak shot in the 96th minute. Sebastian Gustavsson didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for IFK Vårsta. The crowd rose to their feet and cheered when the referee blew the final whistle. Sir United FC had won after a very even match.
