Balamir Yürükoğlu was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. In the 15th minute, Torgny Nyberg hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. The supporters of IFK Vårsta booed when Hova IF was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 20 match minutes in a wonderful position. Torgny Nyberg didn't get a good kick on the ball. Hova IF were furious when Allan Algren was red carded, 22 minutes into the game, but the referee dismissed their protests. After a rather tough play, IFK Vårsta's Harry Esbjörnsson got a free kick in the 27th minute. 29 minutes into the match, IFK Vårsta's goal looked a bit too open when Malcolm Mårtensson came free, but Balamir Yürükoğlu reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Roy Olofsson showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Jan-Ove Hagberg in the 31st minute of the match. Balamir Yürükoğlu showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Malcolm Mårtensson, who was totally free with the ball in the 32nd minute. In the 37th match minute, Hova IF was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Torgny Nyberg to maneuver through the defense. After some fancy dribbling in the 41st minute, Jan-Ove Hagberg managed to get in a good position for a shot. IFK Vårsta's supporters rose to their feet, but Jan-Ove Hagberg was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Michel Deckbergh got a throw-in 87 minutes in the game and the ball was received by Axel Asserlind. If Malcolm Mårtensson had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 88th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Kjell Persson took the ball and in the 90 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Roy Olofsson. Roy Olofsson dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 2-2. Roy Olofsson showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Andreas Brun in the 94th minute of the match. Roy Olofsson made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Andreas Brun in the 95th minute of play. In the 97th minute, Andreas Brun ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Roy Olofsson was frozen by the shot and now it was 3-2. IFK Vårsta were really happy, having secured the victory after a very even contest. They thanked the players of Hova IF for a fine match.
