Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) It was fairly windy and cold on the field when Tony Walroth kicked off to start the match. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Jan-Ove Hagberg in the 6th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Olof Ekeberg saved Flyinge from getting behind. Olof Ekeberg showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Jan-Ove Hagberg in the 8th minute of the match. Jan-Ove Hagberg struck a weak shot in the 10th minute. Olof Ekeberg didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for IFK Vårsta. Jan-Ove Hagberg's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Olof Ekeberg read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 16th minute of play. A collision led to IFK Vårsta getting a freekick after 17 minutes play. Håkan Ahlstedt hit a great ball. After 18 played minutes IFK Vårsta got a freekick which was hit by Alf Jespersson. Tony Walroth recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 28th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. After 41 played minutes Flyinge got a freekick which was hit by Ian Söderkvist. Andreas Brun fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 42nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Olof Ekeberg having to interfere. Olof Ekeberg showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Jan-Ove Hagberg, who was totally free with the ball in the 44th minute. Jan-Ove Hagberg kicked well hit freekick during the 47th minute of the match. The score stood at 0-0 when the half time whistle went. Both sets of players seemed reasonably pleased with how the match was going.

Kjell Persson sent away a hard shot on goal in the 56th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After some fancy dribbling in the 60th minute, Tony Walroth managed to get in a good position for a shot. Flyinge's supporters rose to their feet, but Tony Walroth was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Balamir Yürükoğlu breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. In the 64th minute the ball was on its way in behind Flyinge's goalkeeper Olof Ekeberg, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Tony Walroth sent away a hard shot on goal in the 65th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. With a little luck, Flyinge's Olof Ekeberg got control of the ball when Malte Karlstedt tried to sneak it across the goal line. 79 minutes into the match, Flyinge's goal looked a bit too open when Jan-Ove Hagberg came free, but Olof Ekeberg reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Kjell Persson hit a great freekick 89 minutes into the match. When Oscar Billberg fell near the penalty area in the 94th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Flyinge's protests and gave Oscar Billberg a yellow card for diving instead. In the 94th match minute, Flyinge was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Oscar Billberg to maneuver through the defense. The IFK Vårsta players were the happier at the end of the match as they had prevented Flyinge from taking control. The game ends in a draw.
