In the 12th minute, Axel Termander reached a very good position and smashed the ball with a huge effort into the net, just to the left of Gabriel Beckström. The goal made the score 1-0. Sixten Hääger received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 15th minute. Adrian Höijer tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. When Victor Kielberg fell near the penalty area in the 16th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Dikanäs BF's protests and gave Victor Kielberg a yellow card for diving instead. Victor Kielberg kicked well hit freekick during the 17th minute of the match. Adrian Höijer showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Sixten Hääger, who was totally free with the ball in the 21st minute. When Äspered's Sixten Hääger in the 22nd minute got a chance for a shot 22nd didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Dikanäs BF's goalie prevented a goal. A collision led to Dikanäs BF getting a freekick after 23 minutes play. Victor Kielberg hit a great ball. During the 26th minute of the match Victor Kielberg completely mistimed his tackle and brought down his opponent. The referee gave Victor Kielberg a yellow card, his second in the match, which meant he could no longer take part in the game. Karl-Åke Holmgren fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 28th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Adrian Höijer having to interfere. After some fancy dribbling in the 32nd minute, Börge Hedberg managed to get in a good position for a shot. Dikanäs BF's supporters rose to their feet, but Börge Hedberg was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Gabriel Beckström breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. A collision led to Dikanäs BF getting a freekick after 34 minutes play. Ragnar Sandberg hit a great ball. Äspered's Karl-Åke Holmgren got a good chance for a goal in the 35th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Karl-Åke Holmgren sent away a hard shot on goal in the 45th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. The away team players looked dejected as the walked off the pitch at half time. They had fought hard, but were still losing 1-0.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Emil Runberg was the one to do the kick off. Sixten Hääger fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 59th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Adrian Höijer having to interfere. Karl-Åke Holmgren could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 62nd minute of the match, but Adrian Höijer made a huge save. After a rather tough play, Dikanäs BF's Axel Termander got a free kick in the 65th minute. Adrian Höijer was a little too slow when Sixten Hääger got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 68th minute. The score was now 1-1. Gabriel Beckström showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Emil Runberg in the 73rd minute of the match. If Sixten Hääger had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 83rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Sixten Hääger blasted a shot towards the goal in the 96th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Adrian Höijer having to make a save. The Äspered players were the happier at the end of the match as they had prevented Dikanäs BF from taking control. The game ends in a draw.
