Kaj Göransson didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Carl Rang went, in the 13th minute, to the upper right corner, 1-1 was the resulting score. Through an outstanding action, after 22 minutes, Mats Rolandsson successfully got his hands on the ball before it slid into the goal at the right post. 23 minutes into the match, Sparta Maximus's goal looked a bit too open when Felix Lundström came free, but Mats Rolandsson reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Kaj Göransson showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Timmy Damm, who was totally free with the ball in the 24th minute. Kaj Göransson came out of the goal in the 25th minute to try and stop a shot by Sparta Maximus's Carl Rang. But to his dismay, Carl Rang quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 2-2. Through an outstanding action, after 31 minutes, Mats Rolandsson successfully got his hands on the ball before it slid into the goal at the right post. In the 34th minute, Tim Gustavsson reached a very good position and smashed the ball with a huge effort into the net, just to the left of Mats Rolandsson. The goal made the score 3-2. In the 38th play minute Alvin Brummer came free and shot an unsuspected shot which went into goal from the right pole behind a surprised Mats Rolandsson. 4-2. With a little luck, Sparta Maximus's Mats Rolandsson got control of the ball when Ivar Bäcklin tried to sneak it across the goal line. After some careless play in the Sparta Maximus defense, Tim Gustavsson kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Mats Rolandsson. The Sparta Maximus fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Mats Rolandsson should have stopped the shot. Mats Rolandsson was a little too slow when Felix Lundström got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 46th minute. The score was now 6-2. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 6-2 at half-time.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Allan Hjelm made a kick off. Sparta Maximus's Mats Rolandsson played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Ivar Bäcklin in the 52nd minute of play. Karl-Oskar Askelöf sent away a hard shot on goal in the 54th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. 55 minutes into the game, Felix Lundström cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 7-2. Mats Rolandsson was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. In the 59thth minute of the game Alvin Brummer who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Sparta Maximus's Mats Rolandsson was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. After 59 played minutes Sparta Maximus got a freekick which was hit by Allan Hjelm. Mats Rolandsson took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Felix Lundström, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 63 minutes into the match, Sparta Maximus's goal looked a bit too open when Tim Gustavsson came free, but Mats Rolandsson reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Alvin Brummer scored 8-2 in the 68th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Mats Rolandsson, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. There was no doubt that Håknäs Fotbollsklubb were the better team. Håknäs Fotbollsklubb's players enjoyed the ovations of the crowd after the victory.
