If Dag Carlsson had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 5th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. In the 5th minute the ball was on its way in behind United Retards's goalkeeper Stellan Söderqvist, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. When Erik Nordstedt came up free with the goalie in the 6th minute, the Rundvik fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Erik Nordstedt couldn't finish the play. When Patrik Nordgren came up free with the goalie in the 7th minute, the Rundvik fans jumped to their feet. Stellan Söderqvist came out of the goal in the 14th minute to try and stop a shot by Rundvik's Dag Carlsson. But to his dismay, Dag Carlsson quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-0. In the 20th minute, Rundvik's Patrik Nordgren ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Stellan Söderqvist. Stellan Söderqvist yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 2-0. Erik Nordstedt was extremely unlucky when he, in the 23rd minute, took a shot that hit the right post and went out. In the 25th minute, Christian Gullesson hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 31st minute, Gustaf Friberger hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Erik Nordstedt had several of the United Retards's defenders around him in the penalty area when he, after 40 minutes of play, received a pass and succeeded in some way to shoot a shot which went straight ahead into goal. This resulted in a 4-0 score and a disappointed Stellan Söderqvist as he didn't even see the shot coming. Erik Nordstedt blasted a shot towards the goal in the 44th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Stellan Söderqvist having to make a save. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 4-0 at half-time.

Rundvik made a substitution. Einar Mossberg replaced Patrik Nordgren. After a defensive mix-up in United Retards's zone, Einar Mossberg stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Stellan Söderqvist came out of the goal and Einar Mossberg tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Stellan Söderqvist took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Dag Carlsson, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 59 minutes into the game, Rundvik's Einar Mossberg nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Stellan Söderqvist made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 5-0. If Einar Mossberg had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 64th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 66th minute Mikael Mårtensson shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Stellan Söderqvist saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. A collision led to United Retards getting a freekick after 67 minutes play. Stefan Kock hit a great ball. In the 69th minute, Erik Nordstedt got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. 72 minutes into the match, United Retards's goal looked a bit too open when Erik Nordstedt came free, but Stellan Söderqvist reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Dag Carlsson in the 73rd minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Stellan Söderqvist prevented the ball from getting in the gole. In the 74thth minute of the game Erik Nordstedt who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but United Retards's Stellan Söderqvist was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Stellan Söderqvist showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Dag Carlsson in the 80th minute of the match. Dag Carlsson fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 84th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Stellan Söderqvist having to interfere. In the 87th minute, Fritz Skoglund hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. An unexpectedly hard shot by Dag Carlsson in the 89th minute of play forced United Retards's goalkeeper Stellan Söderqvist to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Stellan Söderqvist made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Erik Nordstedt in the 94th minute of play. There was no doubt that Rundvik were the better team. Rundvik's players enjoyed the ovations of the crowd after the victory.
