Mo Yang Quan hit a great freekick 6 minutes into the match. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Dan Thorsberg during the 7th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. The supporters of Dehydrated FC booed when IFK Götet was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 7 match minutes in a wonderful position. Dan Thorsberg didn't get a good kick on the ball. After 8th play minutes Koroğlu Äbdilov shot 0-2, a short shot which went by Marcial Bide and just under the crossbar into goal. Albert Klementsson charged in rather forcefully in the 13th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Albert Klementsson the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. After 13 played minutes Dehydrated FC got a freekick which was hit by Albert Klementsson. With his leg Roque Garrick managed to avoid a goal in the 16thth minute, when IFK Götet's Omar Chap fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. Roque Garrick showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Eddy Olsson in the 17th minute of the match. The Dehydrated FC fans' excitement grew in the 26th match minute when Dehydrated FC's Koroğlu Äbdilov looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 0-3 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. Omar Chap who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 36thth minute tested the skills of Roque Garrick when he managed to save the team from getting behind. The referee blew the whistle for a penalty in the 40th minute of the game. One of IFK Götet:s players had nearly got his shirt torn off by an opponent while getting free in front of Dehydrated FC:s goal. IFK Götet:s Marcial Bide showed great skill when he stopped Koroğlu Äbdilov:s penalty. 41 minutes into the game, Dehydrated FC's Koroğlu Äbdilov nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Marcial Bide made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 0-6. The IFK Götet players were disheartened as they walked off the pitch after the first half. Dehydrated FC were winning 0-7.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Koroğlu Äbdilov was the one to do the kick off. With 51 minutes on the clock, Jörn Nordin commited a dangerous tackle. The referee had no choice but to show him the red card. In a very dangerous position, a player in IFK Götet fell when an opponent tried to get the ball from him in the 51st minute. Penalty! When the match had been going on for 53 minutes, Dehydrated FC's Koroğlu Äbdilov got an opportunity to shoot a penalty. He stayed cool and waited for the goalkeeper to move, before he confidently shot the ball into the goal, to the left of Marcial Bide. Omar Chap recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 56th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. 59 minutes into the match, IFK Götet's goal looked a bit too open when Koroğlu Äbdilov came free, but Marcial Bide reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After some careless play in the IFK Götet defense, Erik-Jan Stroobant kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Marcial Bide. The IFK Götet fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Marcial Bide should have stopped the shot. Marcial Bide made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Koroğlu Äbdilov in the 69th minute of play. Albert Klementsson could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 71st minute of the match, but Marcial Bide made a huge save. 0-11 became the score in the 74th minute when Erik-Jan Stroobant elegantly shot the ball into goal just under the crossbar. 0-12 became the score in the 82nd minute when Koroğlu Äbdilov elegantly shot the ball into goal just under the crossbar. After a rather tough play, IFK Götet's Dan Thorsberg got a free kick in the 85th minute. 87 minutes into the game, Dehydrated FC's Erik-Jan Stroobant nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Marcial Bide made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 0-13. Marcial Bide was a little too slow when Koroğlu Äbdilov got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 94th minute. The score was now 0-14. The Dehydrated FC supporters could be heard counting down the last seconds of the match. They errupted in celebration when the whistle blew, knowing Dehydrated FC would go home with victory in their luggage after a match that easily could have ended differently.
