Spectators: 7503 (Terracing: 5628, Seating: 1726, VIP seats: 149) The sun was shining, the grass was green and the audience cheered when Jimmy Rang got the match started through his kick off. Joel Palo made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Michel Olsman in the 6th minute of play. The supporters of Alfahannarna FC booed when IFK Trelleborg was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 7 match minutes in a wonderful position. Andréas Vennerström didn't get a good kick on the ball. Lukas Dalberg charged in rather forcefully in the 8th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Lukas Dalberg the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. After 8 played minutes Alfahannarna FC got a freekick which was hit by Lukas Dalberg. 9 minutes into the game, Torsten Thedin cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 0-1. Joel Palo was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Michel Olsman fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 17th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Joel Palo having to interfere. Alfahannarna FC's Joel Palo played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Michel Olsman in the 21st minute of play. 27 minutes into the match, Jimmy Rang had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Ted Gunnarsson. IFK Trelleborg's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Jimmy Rang was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 1-1. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Isaac Österberg during the 32nd minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. After a rather tough play, IFK Trelleborg's Isaac Österberg got a free kick in the 32nd minute. Harald Mikaelsson scored 1-2 in the 35th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Joel Palo, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Jimmy Rang received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 41st minute. Ted Gunnarsson tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. IFK Trelleborg's Isaac Österberg got a good chance for a goal in the 47th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 1-2 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Michel Olsman stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Michel Olsman scored 1-3 in the 53rd match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Joel Palo, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. 58 minutes into the match, Alfahannarna FC's goalkeeper Joel Palo had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Torsten Thedin. Joel Palo made an important save on a dangerous shot by Michel Olsman in the 60th minute. Folke Petersson kicked well hit freekick during the 73rd minute of the match. After having played for 81 minutes, Isaac Österberg managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. IFK Trelleborg's supporters crossed their fingers, but Isaac Österberg was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. 86 minutes into the match, Alfahannarna FC's goal looked a bit too open when Isaac Österberg came free, but Joel Palo reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. 95 minutes into the game, Isaac Österberg recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Joel Palo. Isaac Österberg showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 1-4. IFK Trelleborg's fans were overjoyed with their teams well-earned victory and stayed in the stadium long after the final whistle to celebrate the win.
