Etrade Hudik's Elliot Björkdal played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Lars-Erik Ekström in the 14th minute of play. Elliot Björkdal made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Vilhelm Berglund in the 15th minute of play. After a defensive mix-up in Yoda FC's zone, Lennart Alebeck stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Filip Lindström came out of the goal and Lennart Alebeck tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. The supporters of Yoda FC booed when Etrade Hudik was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 28 match minutes in a wonderful position. George Hultman didn't get a good kick on the ball. Filip Lindström made an important save on a dangerous shot by Patric Brandin in the 31st minute. After some fancy dribbling in the 33rd minute, Vilhelm Berglund managed to get in a good position for a shot. Yoda FC's supporters rose to their feet, but Vilhelm Berglund was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Elliot Björkdal breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Patric Brandin was really disappointed when he shot the ball just outside the right post instead of scoring a goal in the 36th minute. Etrade Hudik's manager could be seen on the sidelines shaking his head and muttering to himself as his team had just wasted another chance. Alf Rosen could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 42nd minute of the match, but Filip Lindström made a huge save. After a defensive mix-up in Yoda FC's zone, Patric Brandin stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Filip Lindström came out of the goal and Patric Brandin tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Patric Brandin fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 45th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Filip Lindström having to interfere. After the first half Yoda FC were leading 0-1. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

Elliot Björkdal showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Wilhelm Salkvist, who was totally free with the ball in the 51st minute. In the 75th minute, Patric Brandin left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Etrade Hudik fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 2-1. Etrade Hudik's supporters crossed their fingers, but Patric Brandin was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Henry Frisck made in the 91st minute of the game a throw-in that took a bad bounce and was taken care of by Etrade Hudik's Patrick Holm. After 91 played minutes Yoda FC got a freekick which was hit by Vilhelm Berglund. Wilhelm Salkvist fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 95th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Elliot Björkdal having to interfere. Etrade Hudik walked away with a well-earned victory that was much celebrated by the crowd.
