Fagervik FK's supporters rose to their feet, but Per-Åke Asklund was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Ulf Lundgren breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. 28 minutes into the match, Fagervik FK's Per-Åke Asklund sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Ulf Lundgren narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Ulf Lundgren showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from August Kruse in the 67th minute of the match. In the 76th minute, Inge Rudberg hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. August Kruse took the ball and in the 78 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Ulf Lundgren. Ulf Lundgren dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 6-0. When Nils Wallmark fell near the penalty area in the 82nd minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Hammarby SK's protests and gave Nils Wallmark a yellow card for diving instead. The supporters of Fagervik FK booed when Hammarby SK was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 82 match minutes in a wonderful position. Nils Wallmark didn't get a good kick on the ball. The audience held their breath when Aaron Hermansson in the 84th minute of the game managed to trick the opponents defenses and fired away a shot outside the goal on the Ulf Lundgren's left hand side. After some careless play in the Hammarby SK defense, Alfons Wenerdahl kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Ulf Lundgren. The Hammarby SK fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Ulf Lundgren should have stopped the shot. In the 90th minute, Inge Rudberg hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Alfons Wenerdahl sent away a hard shot on goal in the 92nd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance.
