When the match clock showed 28 minutes, the score became 2-0 when Sven-Arne Gustavsson sped through Fagervik FK's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Georg Johansson. In a very dangerous position, a player in Fagervik FK fell when an opponent tried to get the ball from him in the 31st minute. Penalty! The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Sven-Arne Gustavsson was the one to do the kick off. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Sven-Arne Gustavsson in the 54th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Georg Johansson saved Fagervik FK from getting behind. After having played for 56 minutes, Per Olofsson managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Sven-Arne Gustavsson in the 88th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Georg Johansson prevented the ball from getting in the gole. If Per Olofsson had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 89th minute. Holmsveden IFK's supporters were delighted with their team's performance and swarmed onto the pitch at the end of the match to celebrate the victory with the players.
