Karl-Åke Hake was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Karl-Åke Hake took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Gustaf Finnman, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Michael Julin's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Ivar Månsson read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 10th minute of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Jörgen Axelsson in the 15th minute of play forced Zinken IF's goalkeeper Karl-Åke Hake to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Karl-Åke Hake took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Jörgen Axelsson, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 19th minute, Michael Julin made a precise shot to the right of Ivar Månsson. Rävlanda IFK's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 1-1. Michael Julin received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Ivar Månsson came out and tried to block the shot, but Michael Julin slotted it home off the left post making it 2-1 in the 26th minute. In the 31st minute Jörgen Axelsson shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Karl-Åke Hake saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. The crowd rose to their feet as Folke Harman kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Ivar Månsson. That made the score 3-1 in the 34 minute of play. Eddie Lennartsson's late challenge caught a Rävlanda IFK's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Eddie Lennartsson helped the player get up and apologised. Eddie Lennartsson hit a great freekick 41 minutes into the match. Folke Harman struck a weak shot in the 45th minute. Ivar Månsson didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Zinken IF. All the noise was coming from the home fans when the whistle went for half-time. The home team had fought hardest to put themselves in a deserved lead.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Gustaf Finnman to make the kick off. Michael Julin succeeded in the game's 55th minute to shoot an unreachable shot under the crossbar and scored - 4-1. Rävlanda IFK's Jörgen Axelsson got a good chance for a goal in the 60th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Zinken IF's Karl-Åke Hake played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Gustaf Finnman in the 62nd minute of play. After 75 minutes of play, Zinken IF's Michael Julin made it 5-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Ivar Månsson was left in no man's land by his defense there! An unexpectedly hard shot by Folke Harman in the 78th minute of play forced Rävlanda IFK's goalkeeper Ivar Månsson to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. A collision led to Rävlanda IFK getting a freekick after 79 minutes play. André Pihlwall hit a great ball. Algot Nordmark hit a great freekick 82 minutes into the match. Michael Julin fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 84th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Ivar Månsson having to interfere. If Folke Harman had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 86th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Thanks to some nice moves Jörgen Axelsson could shoot a difficult shot in the 89th minute, which Karl-Åke Hake however easily saved by the left post. Karl-Åke Hake showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Gustaf Finnman in the 94th minute of the match. Zinken IF's supporters were delighted with their team's performance and swarmed onto the pitch at the end of the match to celebrate the victory with the players.
