FC Gräsplan's Leonard Bern got a good chance for a goal in the 3rd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. An unexpectedly hard shot by Manuel Jacob in the 11th minute of play forced DEF Ye's goalkeeper Anders Rolandsson to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. The throw-in from Lennart Forsell in the 12th minute of the game was unfortunally taken care of by FC Gräsplan's Karl Eliasson. In the 15th minute Leonard Bern shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Anders Rolandsson saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 16th minute, Leonard Bern made a precise shot to the right of Anders Rolandsson. DEF Ye's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 0-1. After some fancy dribbling in the 19th minute, Manuel Jacob managed to get in a good position for a shot. FC Gräsplan's supporters rose to their feet, but Manuel Jacob was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Anders Rolandsson breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. In the 20th minute, Leonard Bern ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Anders Rolandsson was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-2. Manuel Jacob received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 26th minute. In the 27th match minute, DEF Ye was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Åke Barck to maneuver through the defense. Anders Rolandsson took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Leonard Bern, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 30th minute Georg Dahlberg shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Anders Rolandsson saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Patrick Åkerman to strike the kick off in the second half. Jan-Olof Askberg's late challenge caught a FC Gräsplan's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Jan-Olof Askberg helped the player get up and apologised. In the 57th minute, Jan-Olof Askberg hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Manuel Jacob scored 0-5 in the 60th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Anders Rolandsson, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. An unexpected shot in the 78th minute by Leonard Bern got the crowd on their feet, but to their dismay it went out on the left side. 80 minutes into the game, FC Gräsplan's Manuel Jacob nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Leonard Bern fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 95th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Anders Rolandsson having to interfere. A collision led to DEF Ye getting a freekick after 97 minutes play. Vincent Skark hit a great ball. FC Gräsplan played a much better game than DEF Ye and deserved their victory. The DEF Ye players were clearly disappointed as they left the ground.
