Spectators: 7553 (Terracing: 5666, Seating: 1737, VIP seats: 150) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Kevin Vallander started the match with the kick off. Anders Rolandsson showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Sven-Erik Vallmark, who was totally free with the ball in the 7th minute. After 7 played minutes DEF Ye got a freekick which was hit by Jan-Olof Askberg. Sven-Erik Vallmark received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 10th minute. Anders Rolandsson tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Sven-Erik Vallmark sent away a hard shot on goal in the 12th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Anders Rolandsson took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Sven-Erik Vallmark, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Anders Rolandsson made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Lars Fredriksson in the 17th minute of play. Kevin Vallander fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 19th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Anders Rolandsson having to interfere. In the 20th match minute, DEF Ye was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Lennart Forsell to maneuver through the defense. When Sven-Erik Vallmark came up free with the goalie in the 21st minute, the Brantevik FF fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Sven-Erik Vallmark couldn't finish the play. DEF Ye's Elof Rang shoveled away a really nice long shot in the 27th minute of play. The shot was stopped by Edvard Björling but with some difficulty. 37 minutes into the match, DEF Ye's goal looked a bit too open when Sven-Erik Vallmark came free, but Anders Rolandsson reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. 38 minutes into the match, Brantevik FF's Sven-Erik Vallmark sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Anders Rolandsson narrowly saved just below the crossbar. The audience was convinced that Kevin Vallander's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Anders Rolandsson was relentless in the 40th minute of the game. An unexpectedly hard shot by Kevin Vallander in the 42nd minute of play forced DEF Ye's goalkeeper Anders Rolandsson to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Anders Rolandsson showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Sven-Erik Vallmark, who was totally free with the ball in the 43rd minute. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Kevin Vallander in the 47th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Anders Rolandsson prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Luck had favoured the away team in the first, and they walked off with a 0-1 lead.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Patrick Åkerman to make the kick off. 55 minutes into the match, Brantevik FF's Sven-Erik Vallmark sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Anders Rolandsson narrowly saved just below the crossbar. If Kevin Vallander had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 56th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Jan-Olof Askberg scored 1-1 in the 61st match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Edvard Björling, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. When Kevin Vallander came up free with the goalie in the 66th minute, the Brantevik FF fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Kevin Vallander couldn't finish the play. Brantevik FF's Kevin Vallander got a good chance for a goal in the 68th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. In the 70th minute Kevin Vallander shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Anders Rolandsson saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 73 minutes into the match, DEF Ye's goal looked a bit too open when Kevin Vallander came free, but Anders Rolandsson reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Anders Rolandsson made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Bo Beckman in the 78th minute of play. Anders Rolandsson took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Kevin Vallander, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 87th minute Brantevik FF were awarded a corner. Magnus Stephansson went to the cornerflag to take it. Magnus Stephansson made a great header on Brantevik FF's corner, it was just that DEF Ye's Anders Rolandsson managed to reach the ball for a save. Brantevik FF's players went to the stands to thank the travelling support. The fan's backing had helped spurr the team on to a fine performance that won them the match.
