Spectators: 7499 (Terracing: 5625, Seating: 1725, VIP seats: 149) Manuel Jacob started the match with the kick off in front of an excited audience. 4 minutes into the game, Norrlands Guld's Rune Stenström nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Anton Lundqvist made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 0-1. Jesper Brodin could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 7th minute of the match, but Karl-Ove Wiklund made a huge save. Leonard Bern recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 15th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. When Georg Dahlberg came up free with the goalie in the 19th minute, the FC Gräsplan fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Georg Dahlberg couldn't finish the play. The supporters of Norrlands Guld booed when FC Gräsplan was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 31 match minutes in a wonderful position. Jesper Brodin didn't get a good kick on the ball. Anton Lundqvist took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Rune Stenström, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. The referee felt a red card was in order, 36 minutes into the game, when Rune Valrot put in a rough tackle. After 37 played minutes Norrlands Guld got a freekick which was hit by Rune Valrot. FC Gräsplan's Georg Dahlberg got a good chance for a goal in the 38th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Karl-Ove Wiklund made an important save on a dangerous shot by Manuel Jacob in the 43rd minute. 45 minutes had been played when some careless play by Norrlands Guld's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Georg Dahlberg was slow to take the kick. During this time FC Gräsplan's players had a chance to rest. FC Gräsplan's Georg Dahlberg was first on the ball when the corner was shot and he dangerously headed the ball towards goal, but Karl-Ove Wiklund in the goal jumped up to prevent it from getting in. In the 46th minute, Roger Olsman made a precise shot to the right of Anton Lundqvist. FC Gräsplan's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 2-2. The fans had the chance to grab some refreshments as the whistle went for half-time. The score stood at 2-2 after a close first half.

Manuel Jacob sent away a hard shot on goal in the 54th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. If Leonard Bern had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 56th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Manuel Jacob struck a weak shot in the 57th minute. Karl-Ove Wiklund didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for FC Gräsplan. Karl-Ove Wiklund showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Leonard Bern, who was totally free with the ball in the 62nd minute. When Leonard Bern came up free with the goalie in the 67th minute, the FC Gräsplan fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Leonard Bern couldn't finish the play. 70 minutes into the match, Norrlands Guld's goal looked a bit too open when Leonard Bern came free, but Karl-Ove Wiklund reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After 71 minutes of play, FC Gräsplan's Jesper Brodin made it 3-2 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Karl-Ove Wiklund was left in no man's land by his defense there! Jesper Brodin recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 75th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Karl Eliasson kicked well hit freekick during the 77th minute of the match. Leonard Bern sent away a hard shot on goal in the 86th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Manuel Jacob took the ball and in the 91 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Karl-Ove Wiklund. Karl-Ove Wiklund dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 4-2. The audience was convinced that Manuel Jacob's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Karl-Ove Wiklund was relentless in the 96th minute of the game. When the referee ended the match the FC Gräsplan players were able to celebrate. They had won a fair victory and recieved the ovations of their fans.
